I'm so done with 2021

Do you think the people back during the Black Plague thought, "F#cketh 1348, I am so looking forward to 1349.

Well 2021 has been a bust.

The president I voted for was just impeached today by such a kangaroo court that the House of Representatives is now classified as marsupial.

Covid is still (according to Biden) killing 45 trillion a day, and we need to have a mask mandate for 17 years to protect the vulnerable who aren't getting any damned shots yet!

I just found out tonight I may need back surgery.

And I have the Biden administration along with a democrat run Senate and House to look forward to.

So yeah.

2021 can go away.

I'm look forward to 2022.

I never liked that saying....and now I know it was a curse all along.
I hope the originator is burning in some nasty level of hell.

Life back in the day was more carefree....but I think that is often true with our younger days.

Skipping to 2022 may be a good idea.

Honestly, I was thinking about when the best time to be born would have been. It's a real toss up for me.

Mid 60's seems good, get to avoid the Vietnam draft and still get to have the 80's and 90's..

Let's face it the 80's were great.. the dollar was worth something still, and there was a sense of unmitigated optimism.

Kids could walk down the street or go to the park with their friends without child protective services being called on their "negligent" parents.

It was honestly like the movie dazed and confused.

And it was Glorious!

Oh holy balls, that movie sucked so hard! Jar-jar fu##cking Binks? What the hell were they thinking?

I was also 9 months pregnant with my son, and of course couldn’t get comfortable in the movie theater seat and wanted to rip everyone’s heads off, but also that movie was a disgrace.

Would love to skip the back sugery but in the past 3 weeks have lost 70% of the use of my left arm (typing is a bitch!) and they "may" have found a growth on C3 in a series of x-rays I had done tonight. . . and all of a sudden I have an appointment with a specialist surgeon tomorrow.

So yeah, when life gives you lemons, make martini's.
