For those that don't know, the city of Adelaide in the State of South Australia is now in lockdown....for 6 days.

The story, which I first heard yesterday goes a bit like this.

SA lockdown: Terrifying coronavirus strain gripping the state

Terrifying, actually terrifying. If you've got the time, please take a minute to think about that word just to see if it aligns with the reality that comes up towards the end.

So we're told;

South Australians are waking up to their first day in lockdown after a “dangerous” strain of coronavirus spread rapidly through the state.

Now it's not only terrifying but also dangerous.....bloody hell.....the fear mongering is being ratcheted up to 11.

The strain of coronavirus wreaking havoc on South Australia has particular characteristics that are most concerning to authorities.

Jesus....now it's wreaking havoc......what the........And what are these particular characteristics that are most concerning;

Well the first one is;

It has a very, very short incubation period. That means when somebody gets exposed, it is taking 24 hours or even less for that person to become infectious

Fair enough and hardly surprising to have a mutated, genetically modified virus specifically designed to be highly infectious, causing concern...........BUT.

the other characteristic of the cases we have seen so far is they have had minimal symptoms and sometimes no symptoms

Read that line again;

the other characteristic of the cases we have seen so far is they have had minimal symptoms and sometimes no symptoms

The following image is of the un-elected individual who most likely made that lockdown decision.

Oh the horror.... cases with no symptoms or sickness! We've got to stop it before it spreads!

Oh my god...that means, they might have the covid and never even find out...oh the horror. They might go their whole lives never knowing they had that most dangerous, terrifying havoc wreaking coronavirus.

Why, just think about how they'd feel if, as they lay there, 50-60 years later and they learn the news. That years ago, in 2020, they had the 'rona.

I bet they'd die of a heart attack right there in shock.

Just one more victim of the 'rona and they won't even see it coming. Poor bastards.

The fear mongers are in firm control Down Under it appears. Is this possibly a sign that enlightenment from the North is undermining the official narrative in Australia? Is this a sign of panic for the gate keepers?

Here's some more news from Australia on that topic. Some kids now have strong immune protection from the virus, and they never tested positive once in a controlled setting.

The more people - or other carriers such as animals - that catch a virus the more rapidly it will mutate into new strain's, the more contagious the strain the better it is at avoiding immunity the more successful it becomes and from each successful mutation many more mutations will arise.

Only containing a virus of this type which has NOT been done would have stopped it, China DELIBERATELY withheld knowledge about the disease and continued to allow international trade to come and go through that city were it escaped from there laboratory.

Every life lost to this virus is there fault but since they are willing to take organs from oppressed minority's, kill there little girl's just so that they can have a spoiled boy child and develop such virus and other weapons should we be surprised at how cheaply they treat human life that is not there own.

This does not mitigate the failing's of our own government's, an immediate air, sea and land quarantine should have been imposed on China as far as it was possible to do so and also upon all infected areas until the contagion had been brought under control.

WEAK leadership, FEAR of elector revolt and GREED led to this becoming a pandemic, strict decisive action and a proper quarantine plan should have been imposed, in fact in the interests of national security all national military's should have had specialist biological containment units and not just token outfits but full units for just such a rapid and decisive response.

This could all have been averted had this been done, short term economic damage that would have occurred is nothing compared to the long term economic damage that is the result of cowardly, weak and careless leadership around this entire planet.

Idiot's like Sweden are the worst example of careless reckless behaviour but poor response such as in the UK and the US are almost as bad.

Still the blame lies whole heartedly with China.

Well. If it’s exhibiting (lol) a short incubation due to the mutation, 6 days ought to just about do it.

Also. When did we go from quarantine/self-isolation to lockdowns worldwide, I missed that memo....

So in other words, it mutated to the common cold? But a very catchy common cold.

I disagree.

The US MIC started the work, got shutdown, then sub-contracted to China who likely let it loose through continued poor bio-security.

I will explain it to you:

It doesn't show up that some people are infected but it is highly infectious.

It kills some of the people it infects.

Because it is highly infectious and people don't know they have it, they think they are alright and so they spread it around easily and unknowingly.

It still kills a percentage of the people it infects.

Here's some cheery statistics: Home - Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center

All along, the epidemiologists have been saying that the sum of the virus mutations will be more infectious and displaying fewer symptoms because the ones that kill people rapidly, or have symptoms we can quarantine, are unsuccessful in infecting further. The ones that can spread in a hidden manner are successful in spreading, so we will see more of those types as time goes by.

The virus will become less deadly, but that does not mean not deadly at all.

Virus can become less deadly but they can also become more deadly, what makes a virus successful is not if it's host survives (though note the most successful virus don't kill there host just mutate very rapidly and they catch it again next time around) but how contagious the virus is.

So noted a good point however this particular virus is dangerous, if it becomes less so then fine but that would only be one mutant strain while another may become more deadly and just be far more contagious.

I have heard that claim however China has form, they had already played with the Sars virus and apparently were working on weaponizing a strain of that.

As a biological weapon look at the damage this has done even without being a nation killer, it has crippled economy's around the world and put further strain on already artificially stimulated economy's that are in reality already in recession.

Also note at the same time as this virus escape from the Wuhan Laboratory China has wasted no time in trying to take more territory in the Himalaya's, aggressively expanding it's frankly illegal claims on the south China Sea and other territory's, almost as if it was part of a bigger puzzle even perhaps.

Who cares? Hmmm?

Next time you get a chance pop into your local graveyard and have a seat and consider where you're going to ultimately end up.

I am not prepared to crucify the young or immune because some people already have one foot in the grave.

Politicians and psychopaths have done that, not the virus.

I would rather have a lock down and furlough than see people die unnecessarily.

Politicians we can agree are some of the worst people alongside swindling corrupt lawyers and are usually only in it for themselves even if they originally began there political careers as well intentions crusaders, there is the odd exception though.

Regardless of how bad or not this virus is the response was woeful and weak.

Sure reads like it. Short duration, barely bothersome symptoms, and now...effectively a wet noodle.

It kills the young and the otherwise healthy. Just in fewer numbers.

A less deadly virus, but infecting far more people, can kill more people than a more deadly one that doesn't spread like wildfire.

Hardship also is not the same thing as a wrecked economy. We sometimes have had worse fluctuations in economies that have had nothing to do with an epidemic, like in the 1987 stock market crash. We lived and recovered.

You have to take with a grain of salt any sort of medical or scientific discovery that comes out of South Australia.

They still throw rocks at aeroplanes over there
