My local news (here in PA) also reported this, so that appears to be the case. What I heard is that they're gonna count all night, they're just not gonna report updates until the morning.

Why the # you would do that I have no idea.

I hope both parties have reps there watching because there's gonna be shenanigans.

The Associated Press has a reputation to protect. They put in their charter that they prefer to get it RIGHT than to call it FIRST. AP is who all the MSM went to for election results before 2010.

GA is won, nothing to worry about there. Seems like it is down to PA

Arizona has lots of outstanding votes to count and Virginia is all but Trump's.
