We have to deal with an inevitable flux of new people over the next few weeks who just move here to vote and then leave.

A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted. Further, the judge found that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked the "statutory authority" to change election law just days before Election Day.

Does anyone know if these ballots were already counted in Biden's numbers? If so, does anyone know how many?

Last Thursday evening, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State said they had been counting the late arriving ballads for the past thirty-six hours... and they were included in the Pennsylvania total at that time.

About an hour later Justice Sam Alito issued the order to separate those ballots.

There were lots of complaints over the past weekend that Pennsylvania officials had not complied with Justice Alitos order.

I had the PA news website with her press briefing book marked, But The Briefing itself has been scrubbed from that website.

If someone else is able to locate it, her press briefing and question and answer session afterwards, would answer a lot of questions.

I don't think it will have much effect. The court win only tosses mail-in and absentee ballots that missed a deadline for correcting voter information, not provisional ballots.

Biden has about a 50k lead on Trump and there were only about 10K mail-in ballots received after polls were closed that would come under that ruling.

PHOENIX - The Republican Party of Arizona today filed a lawsuit to enforce a hand count of votes by precinct, not voting center, which is required under the law. As part of its suit, the Party asked for an order to direct the county to follow state statute.

Traditionally, voters have been assigned a "polling place" in their precinct at which to vote; however, for the 2020 general election, Maricopa County instead set up a number of polling places across the county called "vote centers" where voters from any precinct could vote. There is a fundamental difference between sampling "polling centers" and "precincts," most notable being the fact that there were only around 175 vote centers this election, but there were 748 precincts. Hand counting by precinct would therefore potentially result in a more precise sampling of votes.

Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward issued the following statement on the lawsuit:

"The question here is one of statutory construction, and whether the Secretary of State's Elections Procedures Manual is able to supersede Arizona's state law. Arizona voters deserve complete assurance that the law will be followed and that only legal ballots will be counted in the 2020 election."

Biden carries Arizona, flipping a longtime Republican stronghold


Finally, the count ends and every major outlet says Biden won Arizona. CNN and many others were holding out on Arizona in which even Fox called it for Biden very early.


If Biden officially wins Georgia he takes 306 Electoral votes the same number Trump had against Hillary

Add the 16 from Georgia it's 306 for Biden and add the 15 for Trump from NC and it's 232 for him

He beat Hillary 306 to 232

This count likely will end up Biden 306 Trump 232, the same score in 2016 reversed!
