Joe Biden and his Top Democrats have been pushing a crazy conspiracy
that The Military is going to remove President Trump from office
after the election.

Once upon a time that kind of stuff was embraced by ATS *shrugs*

If Trump loses the election, and refuses to leave.

What should be done?

As the general said, it is up to the courts to decide a
contested election result.

Same thing has been done before when Al Gore lost
the election to George Bush.

Question is, why is Joe Biden stoking the fears of
using the military in an election?

Are you taking a “blind ear” to stuff Trump says?

With all the inflammatory stuff Trump spouts — it’s hardly earth shattering for Biden to say Trump will be forcibly removed if necessary.

Whether it be military or secret service.

Sounds like they KNOW that Trump is going to “lose” the election, doesn’t it? How could they know that, unless they had some plan to make sure Biden gets enough votes, no matter what?

They are putting this out there ahead of time to try to make sure they get ahead of Trump challenging them if their criminal cheating is exposed.

He did not say he wouldn't accept the results,
he said he has to see the results.

twitter.com...

As to the rigging, he is referring to election fraud,
which does happen. Ballot harvesting etc.

I stated he would not say at this time. That is accurate. You picked the word rigging, but left out that he said "the only way he would lose" so that means if he loses he is already claiming it will be rigged.

If he is against mail in voting then his campaign should not be sending mailers encouraging his base to get a mail in ballot. Although his previous investigation turned up nothing and if fraud was occurring it would be both sides. Don't be fooled.

IMO, President Trump will engage in a peaceful transfer
of power if Joe Biden were to somehow win. I fully expect
Joe Biden will take it all to court, how long that will take?

Why would he?
If there is obvious evidence of widespread election fraud by the Dems, because we all know the Dems will try to cheat at all costs, then courts will decide hopefully quickly.
They cheated their asses off in 2016 and still lost.
No matter what happens on November 3rd, Trump is still president until January 20th.

There is your answer....now what about Biden not accepting his loss?

I am more concerned with that 80+ ole drunk Pelosi attempting to replace TRUMP until all votes are counted. I bet she tries....and I hope she fails within minutes of it happening....

You heard it first.....here at ATS ..... Temporary U.S. president PELOSI

If this happens I hope Washington DC burns to the ground...every building in town....

Why would Biden go to court if Trump voluntarily leaves?

Or are you saying Biden will contest the election?

He won’t, so stop fear mongering.
We’ll have bigger problems if he loses, like the complete destruction of our country if the Commie, anti-American Biden/Harris ticket takes over.

Yea of course it hasn't happened. So you're assuming it won't. And you're assuming biden is in on this coup attempt.

Well Joe Biden is on record saying he is worried Trump will
"steal" the election, and so he plans on removing him with
the military. But now General Milley has stated clearly the
military will not be involved. So Joe will just have to go
the way of winning, losing and conceding and if either
is to close he will have to take it to the courts.

Now given bidens history of being front and center in proxy civil wars and such around the world. I wouldn't put it past him to use such tactics to win or cause a stir. Who knows, November seems like an eternity away with how things are going.

It is two months and 3 days, coming up fast,
my guess is lawyers are getting prepared now.

If it’s a close election — I expect either side will contest it.

That’s kinda how things are done.

No this has nothing to do with a coup as much as people would like to claim it does. The general simply said an election dispute is not handled by the military its handed through the courts and congress. And hes right the military need not be involved but this isnt a coup like claimed. Biden said something stupid no surprise there but he never said anything about a coup. Biden believed if he won the military would remove him from the white house in the event of a dispute. Problem is he needs a civics lesson.

A scenario where things are disputed happened before with al Gore but i will come back to that in a minute. Lets talk about the process so you can see why it cant happen. The Constitution gives Congress the authority to set the date for the general election, which is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. so this year it will be Nov. 3 and congress has also determined that the Electoral College meets the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December. That will be Dec. 14 this year — 41 days after the general election.

So if the outcome is disputed recounts etc the states can wait up until what is called "safe harbor" deadline. This is 6 days before the electoral college meets or 35 days after the election. Now, this deadline all states must meet to have their votes count needless to say a state is not going to miss this deadline.

So all the fear-mongering and stupidity can end we will know who is president by Dec. 14th. Al Gore tried to dispute election results but the court said the state must meet the deadline and ended the recounts.
