Are you taking a “blind ear” to stuff Trump says?

No, absolutely not. However, I do not read msm
sources to find out what President Trump actually says.

With all the inflammatory stuff Trump spouts — it’s hardly earth shattering for Biden to say Trump will be forcibly removed if necessary.

Whether it be military or secret service.

It won't be either one of those, as clearly stated my General Milley.

But that won't stop Biden from dreaming his way into
the Whitehorse.

The MSM does not report all of the things the President says or tweets. He tweeted 90 times overnight Saturday. That's an actual number. He tweets from meetings, the only time he doesn't is during golf.
I don't think any of us can keep up with everything he says.

Please take time to read the links I posted. In fact, TWO
former generals did write a letter to General Milley, demanding
he be ready to remove President Trump. Sorry that you
do not want to believe this is Joe Biden's crazy dream.

That full letter can be found here:
www.defenseone.com...

This is not a joke, not a drill.
Like COVID 19 plandemic, this is as real as it gets.

Please, read the letter. Then please read the response
by General Milley.

“In the event of a dispute over some aspect of the elections, by law U.S. courts and the U.S. Congress are required to resolve any disputes, not the U.S. military,” said Milley, in answers provided to Reps. Elissa Slotkin and Mikie Sherrill. “We will not turn our backs on the Constitution of the United States."

While still a concern, I'd like to point out that neither of the former officers who wrote that letter were generals. They both retired as O-5, Lieutenant Colonel.

To be clear I’m not particularly Left/Liberal — but, I am anti-Trump. I voted for Bush his first term (he didn’t follow through on his support for small businesses, so I no longer supported him).

And I expect you are Pro-Trump (don’t want to assume) — as well as anti-Biden.

I’m anti-Trump because IMO — he is a self serving narcissist. I don’t think he gives a crap about Americans or the country — unless it benefits him.

I’m also strongly “Separation of Church and State”. While all politicians (so far) “use” religion — Trump exceeds beyond acceptable.

It’s not because he’s the Republican.

I know Biden is a corporate whore — but, other than that — I’m not having a problem.

Oh, and I read many sources. I NEVER listen to talking heads.

I remember reading somewhere that trumps team had an exit plan already and submitted it. Something about it being a law for sitting presidens and an upcoming g election. I doubt he's going to refuse to leave if he lost.

And whats a life worth if you have no Liberty?

Give me Liberty or give me Death.

Just put the gun in my mouth and pull that trigger because I will NEVER live as a slave.

Our children will fight the war we were too cowardly to fight.

That makes us the crappiest parents in history to push this off on our kids....

You know what’s interesting is that my wife and I decided years ago that we did not want children, mainly due to how the world is currently run and our ideas about where it could be headed. There are other reasons, but that’s the main one. For years people have given us sh*t for this decision, like we’re ignoring some unspoken duty to procreate.

Alas, each year passes and we are happier and happier to not have brought children onto this planet.

It would be yes.

But not by the military. Secret service, maybe? Capital Police, maybe...? Not sure who it would be, but I do know it would not be the military.

That opens a big ol' keg of worms that we really don't need opened.

Florida. Gore/Bush. But on steroids.

Constitutional crisis.

Recounts galore.

At what point, if any, would the military intervene?

The military won't intervene. They have no mandate to do so, and we can be fairly sure that the military, as a whole, are as divided politically as any other segment of American society.

If they can't get Trump to say he won't leave, which they won't be able to get him to say, they do have a backup plan for the election that the Democrats have already initiated.

The video on twitter (link below) is an compilation of Democratic Politicians (Congresspeople, Pelosi, Biden, Kamala Harris) and Hollywood influential Democrats calling for violent unrest, endless riots and the end of Trump.

twitter.com...

Just how far will the Democrats go? I see no possible end to what they are willing to do to win the next election. They are already burning cities, terrorizing citizens and looting and blaming it on Trump when everyone doing these things are BLM (Democrats) or ANTIFA (Democrat voters). Every single terrorizing riot/looting/destruction of cities began with a BLM "peaceful protest", all of them, and the Democratic Party in 2016 formally voted to make BLM an official part of the Democratic Party and endorsed them, making this their legacy.

As a Democrat, how much further do you think your party should go to win the election? Not as far as the video and your party leaders and influencers suggest I hope.

Trump has suggested that he may not leave because he alleges that the election will be rigged. This is a clear indication that he may not accept the result and step down. If Trump is not elected, but does not leave the position, he would then be assuming the role of dictator, which is unconstitutional.

I don't believe that the military have Constitutional authority to remove a dictator, however, if a dictator were to assume office, that would negate much of the Constitution. So, I have no idea.

If the elected and inaugurated President called for the removal of a dictator, in defense of the Constitution, I suppose that would authorize the use of the military, but I imagine that the FBI, the White House security or the Secret Service would be called upon first.

Pretty much textbook Clinton tactics since the Whitewater affair way back in Arkansas. They always accuse the opposition in exactly what they are doing, ie as the nazis did in Germany. It is beautiful in its simplicity, it automatically lessens any credence when evidence begins to point back in their direction.

Trump not gonna do anything like that

From what I’ve read.

He becomes a civilian and is escorted out by the Secret Service.

Whoa Whoa Whoa - slow down.

My understanding is that the plans are to do with a scenario where Trump lost but would not leave his position.

Now that in itself is a really bad thing for the Democrats to be doing. There is no evidence to suggest Trump won't leave office if he loses and I rather think the transition of power will be MUCH smoother than the disgraceful actions of Obama transitioning the Executive branch to Trump.

But it is not the same as a coup to remove an elected President.

This whole thread from the OP down is Fear mongering.

How is this topic fear mongering?

Fear mongering is Joe, Gore, Joe's campaign all claiming
that the military would need to remove President Trump.

Sounds like they KNOW that Trump is going to “lose” the election, doesn’t it? How could they know that, unless they had some plan to make sure Biden gets enough votes, no matter what?

I'd bet they have a plan alright, and have read all kinds of things
about the mail in ballots having D & R on the outside.

Not a great plan for a secure election especially considering
that there are postal workers who have been caught throwing
out the mail.

Look, I know it’s “side-stepping”.

But, compared to the stuff Trump spouts.

This is minuscule minor.
