Update - OBAMA and BIDEN Targeted Donald Trump and Michael Flynn for Framing-Entrapment.

It's widely known that former President Barack Obama personally ordered candidate Donald Trump's family and those in his "circle", be spied upon. Obama's Director of National Intelligence (DNI) JAMES CLAPPER admitted it on CNN, in July 2018 and in 2019. Here is the 2019 admission:
Yesterday, U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen in St. Louis, one of several offices investigating the Obama Administration for setting up Trump Campaign and Admin officials for framing and entrapment, unsealed/declassified a document providing additional proof that General Michael Flynn was set-up and framed. (General Flynn was President Trump's first National Security Advisor...for only a few weeks in early 2017.)

Key Highlights in the below excerpt:
1.) FBI Director James Comey indicated that General Flynn's contacts with Russia were LEGITIMATE.
2.) VP Joe Biden, suggested that Michael Flynn be set-up/framed using a "Logan Act" violation.
3.) President Barack Obama said to make it happen, and be sure to use "the right people" for the job.

The belated discovery of disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok’s January 2017 notes raises troubling new questions about whether President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were coordinating efforts during their final days in office to investigate Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn — even as the FBI wanted to shut down the case.

The notes appear to illuminate an extraordinary high-level effort by outgoing Obama-era officials during the first weekend of January, to find a way to sustain a counterintelligence investigation of Flynn, in the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing.

The Justice Department says the notes were written between Jan. 3-5, 2017, the very weekend the FBI agent who had investigated Flynn’s ties to Russia for five months recommended the case be closed because there was “no derogatory” evidence that he committed a crime, or posed a counterintelligence threat.

FBI supervisors overruled the agent's recommendation.

Strzok’s notes reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden, and apparently Susan Rice, met and discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls, and how to proceed against him.

Strzok quotes then-FBI Director James Comey as suggesting that Flynn’s intercepted calls with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak “appear legit,” bolstering other recently disclosed evidence showing the bureau saw nothing wrong with Flynn’s behavior.

The notes also suggest Biden — who said last month on MSNBC that he had no knowledge of the Flynn probe — raised the issue of the Logan Act, an obscure, centuries-old law, as a possible avenue for continuing to investigate Flynn.

And Strzok quotes Obama as suggesting the FBI assign “the right people” to pursue the case.

As alluded to above, Attorney General William Barr has assigned several U.S. Attorneys in various parts of the country to investigate Obama-BidenGate/Spygate. They are expected to begin issuing arrest warrants/indictments later this Summer.

After their 4th of July vacation, which ends on July 19th, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Homeland Security committee will begin hearings that compliment what the Department of Justice is doing, and in a more PUBLIC fashion. Both committees have already secured subpoena authority for both individual testimony, and documents.

Trump has celebrated having 200 judges nominated to the bench as of today (reported today).
For better or for worse. We are now in an era where jobs that have not been filled in 40 years are now filled.

Now that we have a full complement of judges, should we not start examining why laws have not been upheld?

what is truly frightening to those that have no problem with this because "it gets (so they hope) trump out of office " is they dont realize the repercussions of doing this / the ends justify the means.

that is once you let these tactics be done you cant "put the genie back in the bottle".

it becomes "accepted tactics" and more important "legal precedent"

that means in blunt terms ANYONE LATER CAN USE THIS.

what happens if it is the "other side" that now uses it to their ends

Yep..in addition to Covid-19, Antifa and BLM are used to generate FEAR and will be used as an excuse for not having in-person voting this Fall.

The DNC has taken an additional step to support achieving the goal of mail-in voting by paring down their August Biden-Nomination convention to just a few "live" attendees. Most of the Democratic Convention will be conducted online.

Also, the U.S. media "covered" for Obama in 2013, when his Administration was forced to admit (by a Republican-led Congress) that he ordered spying on U.S. Senators.

As MadMac said above, Obama's years in Chicago taught him how to play very dirty, while sporting a big smile. Earlier in life, I hung-out with a lot of Chicagoans, and picked up some of the "traits"...which can be good or bad, depending on how/why they're used.

didnt the last convention with hillory being anointed with "super delegates" over bernie who had at least a 50/50 shot of getting it (btw I am NOT a bernie supporter) .

biden is gonna be "their choice" already so why even go though the pretending of voting for him by the delegates or people of the democratic party.

It's too bad the Supreme Court is so antiquated. Issuing 5 or 6 rulings a year was probably fine in 1932. But now they need to issue 5 or 6 per month, and not take 6 month long vacations.

Seems like government solution to all the mess is going straight to the heads behind.

If that works, problem solved and reelection secured.
