I love all those colors. Asians sure do love to mix up cool color combinations (red, blue, yellow, black, gold, etc...). I like the female soldiers dressed in red, and I guess the Chinese like berets too. The beret was originally solely a French hat, but now all U.N. soldiers wear them, all U.S. troops can wear them, and those female Chinese troops wear 'em too

That video apparently was from 1999---6 years ago. Pretty cool though.

BTW, something I recently learned that I didn't know....the Chinese DID NOT steal the idea of the Humvee from the United States......General Motors sold them the rights to manufacture it (the jerks).

China has ripped off lots of tech, but the Humvee isn't one of them.

If by "uaz" you mean "useless," I wouldn't necessarily say that. Compared to the modern U.S. military or British military, they are inferior, but I mean, in a land warfare, it would still take tactics to defeat them. They have weapons that if fielded could cause damage to the modern equipment of more modernized militaries. It wouldn't be any cakewalk fighting them I don't think, unless air superiority was achieved. It wouldn't be like fighting the Iraqi army I don't think.

I don't know how professional Chinese troops are, but I think they're better-trained than the average Iraqi soldier under Saddam's former regime.

Hmm...seems to me that China is the new Russia.

Unfortunately, I'd take Russia over China anyday. They have the "Red Army" (Hmm..ring a bell?) And their flag looks like the Soviet (sort of).

And what is the Russian tech all in there? Hmm..dissapointed me that they had to rip off everything =[

Those white rims with black tyres look corny.....Wonder why the tanks are all painted green and brown...
OMG.....blue and black artillery....bad fashion sense....

And oh,they didn't rip off anything, they just bought them and produced them under license

I C, my bad. Actually, the Soviets originally used American Jeeps; I dunno if they designed their own or just improved the American version later on, though.

That too, but dont say we copied!

legion.wplus.net...

Gaz-62, then came another GaZ which people say copied Humvee but that is a lie, because it was original design

Plus the fact that once 6 of these jeeps did a long-ass drive in -40 cold without a single breakdown. (Long ass, dont remember total distance but it was long) and they didnt prepare specially in any way.
