It's a blend of supposed history and science. They won't be believing the truth.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

They will be convinced and we will keep our faith. They will be lost sheep speaking from this spirit of delusion. They will have a different being without a creator as a common ancestor and I think they all will walk like an Egyptian.

God is a righteous judge, a God who displays his wrath every day.

a reply to: Out6of9Balance You do realize God is the creator of all things; including the "delusion". As combined: Judge, Witness, Plaintiff, Victim, Defense advocate, Prosecutor, Perpetrator; one would imagine it will come to some decision.

I don’t think your comprehension of God is fair or accurate
You choose, He doesn’t, He just allows you to choose

It’s your strong delusion, just as it was Pharaohs to not release the slaves.

Yeah but
God gave humanity freewill, that means God gave us choice

Love allows
Love doesn’t dictate
Love doesn’t control

Might be sovereign but can give that sovereignty over to humanity

The field is the sole governing agency of the particle. Einstein.

God is the field.....

But there is belief in separate things (particles) having volition.

That’s a valid opinion and you are welcome to your opinion, if you think you are Gods puppet that’s on you. You must be a Calvinist
I disagree with Calvinism but you are welcome to your christian opinion re Calvinism
I have different opinion

What do think Einstein meant when he stated:
The field is the sole governing agency of the particle.

No, really
It just seemed you were taking on the Calvinist mantle, talking like one and acting like one, insinuating that freewill didn’t exist when you are not a Christian
Bit silly when you are arguing christianity in a God thread

So when you say the “belief in the freewill” you are basing that on atheism

Pretty easy to point out your hypocrisy
That was a reef

You
Telling everyone how God thinks and acts and then saying you are not a Christian
What a joke?
Don’t believe in freewill, but saying to me that there is no freewill based on nothing but your opinion in nothing, are you kidding me.
That is just so absurd and so hypocritical it beggars belief

I have no idea what Einstein was talking about, one sentence, one comment does not reveal anything about what he was talking about to me.
Unlike you, I would be foolish to take one sentence posted on ats and pretend I understand or know the context of Einstein’s conclusion

Maybe Einstein didn’t believe in freewill, maybe he did, maybe he believed in the Star Wars force

Can you know what thought will arise next, prior to it's appearance?

Einstein did not believe in freewill.... maybe I am not a Calvinist but rather an Einsteinist lol

God is not a person or any thing.
God is the field and no apparent thing has volition.

Do waves have control/freewill or is the ocean waving?

Einstein was born a Jew, not a practicing Jew or from a family that was practicing, Einstein attended a Catholic Church in a very religious society.
My point, religion would have shaped his world view in one way or another

You claim atheism, yet follow an individual guided by his understanding of religion
You choose Einstein, I choose Jesus

The ocean, the moon, wind, the depth of the ocean all reflect on the waves
We choose, society, friends and family, our circumstances in the immediate and long term, like the tide depth and wind

Believe as you want but to say you are right, to say God is not individual, that’s your choice

You have free will when determining what you wish to experience in this life. It is the contract you devise (what you want your soul to experience in order to grow) before you incarnate. Once you do; no more free will. You are obliged then, to follow the path that contract leads you to the letter. No more free will. Just an obligation to fulfill that can be very painful (but then that is the point of growth).
