That is exactly her personality. I actually traded a few emails with her when she was still a professor, relatively unknown, and before she entered into politics. She used to blog and write on my industry (banking) and frequently didn't know WTF she was talking about. I'd often email her pointing out some mistakes or flaws in her articles and she'd respond back. She rarely every admitted she was wrong or misguided.
