In FB one can go into settings > blocking, type 'check' & 'checking', then block all the bogus fact checkers who are searching though your posts. This must be done daily to eliminate one's posts from possibly being flagged. As far as internet searches go, stop using Google to search the internet. Use something like duckduckgo search engine instead & use Brave browser. One can also post screen shots and images with text instead of text posts. Another good ldea is to post one's message in the comments section in articles on the yahoo news app.

Ovaltine is crap. If you want a proper glass of chocolate milk from powder try chocolate Carnation Malted Milk.

When you open it give it a good sniff. That is the smell of a chocolate factory - cocoa powder and granulated sugar.

How do I know this? I was a QC supervisor in a chocolate factory full time nights to pay for college, which I attended full time during the day.
