Researchers say the coronavirus may be more contagious than current data shows.

China’s health minister, Ma Xiaowei, recently told reporters there is evidence it’s already mutated into a stronger variation that is able to spread more easily among humans.

I'm taking my 16 year old nephew to the Harry Potter studios in London today.

I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of tourists there 😕

He's a very nervous boy, how do I tell him we can't go because the world is potentially burning?

As stated by my post, the Japanese military doctors have said : IT RAPIDLY CHANGES AND MOVES QUICKLY

That should sum it up in simple language I would think.

Expect to see a big clamp down by social media and others over the spread of fake news over the coming weeks.

Sorry, if I came across as giving hard advice, I tend to stay away from it since adults think for themselves, but I'm now on the front-line here in this country. I'll be posting an update real shortly.

Not so much in Japan and the reason is because of the hospitals and the family connections. If you live in a medical university town, you don't really hear rumors, just facts and all you have to do is visit the grocery store, or call a taxi to see if they are operating or even see if the school kids age going to school.

Best to look out your front window of wisdom and follow it with common sense.

Which is where the info I get comes from.
And I totally agree with you on the “look out the window and look what’s happening” but unfortunately as the saying goes “common sense is not that common” and some people still believe everything they see online or social media as gospel

Question for you all.

This is about Hawaii.
Have anyone heard of news of infections on any of the Hawaiian Islands.
I knew at one time, the health clinic that test for infectious disease was located on the way going to Diamond Head, and it was just a small building at the time. I also noticed that military personal were also in uniform using the clinic. They may have been there for their kids though.

Most of us know the Chinese had their holiday vacation recently and some might have traveled to Hawaii, but I've never seen any post here about anyone on any of the islands getting the virus yet.

If so, is it being "hush, hush"?
