Just what would be the consequences of a "Mini Ice Age" ?

Ski resorts would be everywhere...

Since we're coming out of the last ice age, things just might get warmer. But if we're heading into a new one, even a mini one, better learn how to build igloos..

As long as the sun is NOT exploding with coronavirus, I'd say big sigh of relief. We don't need anymore of that there coronavirus...we're at max coronavirus as it is.

Dunnuna dun na nun da dun da dunnuna dun da dun da... my carona...

god what is happening inside of my head... Never trust hospitals... especially ones that strap you to a bed and inject you with funny things that when you wake up you think "Holy crap, this is the weirdest dream yet!"

anyhoo, enjoy your sub temperature ice ages you lucky buggers, it's 40c here today and I only have a tiny desk fan to blow the sweat across my brow.. and a little sip or two of something not pleasant but not very unpleasant either.. ice ages... I wanna wear an eskimo outfit and dig holes in ice to catch fish, not this incessant blardy heat wave...

Well, it is a great thing that we got that global warming to keep us warmer so we can get through the ice age better.

That's verifiably false this has been studied and peer reviewed

Really? I didn't say zero I said little, can you peer review that is incorrect? Solar irradiance has minimal change between min/max of about 1635 to 1637 W/m2 with a global change of +- .1c, and even a grand minimum over a long period of time would effect global temperatures about -.3C at best.

There can also be precipitation change of about 10% from Max/Min...

Not the express, its the equivalent of the weekly world news. Also when it comes to the UK, trust the Scots, Welsh, and Irish, not so much the rest to be honest

We Irish are not part of the uk

The Northern part of Ireland is unfortunately.

I was gonna type that i can hardly believe that in the year 2020 some people still think that Ireland, beautiful Ireland is part of the uk.
But d'yknow what?

Its just ignorance nothing more

The Solar minimum is upon us
with scientists determining that
the mini ice age started 2 weeks
ago:

www.express.co.uk...

But then again can we trust what comes
from the UK?

I wish people would make up their minds..

Is the planet heating up or cooling down..?

Are the sea levels going to drown us or recede..?

Sheesh...!!

That would be getting smacked or engulfed by a solar flare.

All observed novae involve a white dwarf in a close binary system. The main sub-classes of novae are classical novae, recurrent novae, and dwarf novae. They are all considered to be cataclysmic variable stars, irregularly increase in brightness by a large factor, then drop back down to a quiescent state.

The Sun is not massive enough to become a supernova.

As to your source Facebook......really???!!!

This was one of the books removed from the public and is still not fully released. I have not read all of it but in the full text it talked about a micro nova. I believe your right about a solar flare, but the writers and scientist back when, first called it a mini nova. So I concede on what you call it.

I've read that text mate, at least the one missing about 50 pages, thats not how pole shifts happen.

It's a good read all the same Adam and Eve or something similar.

Tell you one thing not be much left of any ancient antarctic civilization considering the billions of tons of ice that raked over the place, they pre adamites or otherwise.

I probably could find the name of the Nasa scientist, but I hope you could take my word for it. I remember he was related to Ben Franklin.
