Attorney General William Barr has arguably been the most productive member of President Donald Trump’s administration.

And he just proved that again when the Department of Justice and FBI coordinated with local police to seize records and gather evidence after several corrupt Democrats were served a subpoena.

The FBI seized records from the Mayor of Lyons, Illinois, as well as from other prominent businesses. Barr signed off on a federal grand jury subpoena being served to the entire Democratic Organization of Lyons Township — headed by Democratic State Sen. Steven Landek.

Every single member of the Democratic Organization of Lyons as well as a few Democratic state senators have been ordered to appear before a grand jury.

Some heavy hitters have already been indicted and with this new move expect more heads to roll. This goes all the way to the top.

One wonders how much of those pallets of cash transported in darkness to the Iranian government is responsible for what's going on in Iraq now. Those pallets weren't transferred without Pelosi's approval. Maybe calling in a favor because all else they've thrown at Trump has failed?

Big picture: trying to get Trump involved in a "Benghazi" situation of his own to discredit his leadership, thereby either spoiling his reelection chances, or giving the House a new reason - whether you agree or not - to impeach him for "failures of leadership"

People asking how we get around killing this guy without getting Congress to approve, this is how. He is the leader of an officially designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. The fact that he’s also a Major General in the Iranian military matters not - the Quds Force are terrorists according to our government, and we are officially at War with terrorists all across the planet, wherever they are.

I suspect but am no expert, that wherever US forces are stationed, there is a "status of forces" agreement in place with the host country that delineates if and what a response to an attack can look like. Same, re: defending an attack on an embassy or other US property, or citizen.

Remember the reports about Obama personally authorizing drone strikes? As Korea, Vietnam, and the last 19 years in the Middle East have shown, a "declaration of war" is never used anymore, especially for small actions like this.

Wouldn't be surprised on the pallet of cash. The Dems are already condemning Trump's action and the R's are congratulating. No surprise. From the Pentagon statement, Trump had good reason to give this Go order strike.

Who knows where this is all going and what happens next. I have a feeling we won't have to wait long.
