Hear Ye Hear Ye! I'm gonna go medieval with this thread. Since its near Halloween and since witches abound this administration with spells to be cast, this subject heading fits into the past sins and and current atrocities committed in the USA, somewhat like what the Salem witch trials did. Sure seems to me that Homey James Comey may be coming to roost soon as his chickens will begin getting "disassembled" and squawking to protect whats left of their feathers because as you know; "Birds of a feather flock together". Boy did they roll over General Flynn. This is freaking KGB and Gestapo kind of stuff.

Oh FYI in the chicken industry; "disassembled" is the word of choice in describing the humane way of processing the bird. One could say its due process that those bad people within the FBI should receive as Chickens are no higher in the pecking order than the rest of us sheep. right?

So here's the link

Washington Times

The FBI under James B. Comey “unilaterally” made the decision to interview retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, excluding input from the Justice Department, ignoring the White House counsel and leading Flynn to believe agents were arriving as friends to discuss terrorism, his lawyer says. Mr. Comey, after being fired by President Trump, later bragged in public that he sent Peter Strzok and another agent to the White House on Jan. 24, 2017, knowing he could capitalize on a chaotic place. Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, told District Judge Emmet Sullivan in a new court filing that FBI higher-ups strategized the day before for what she called an “ambush.” QUIZ: Can you guess the 1980s movie from its famous quote? “When the Director of the FBI, and a group of his close associates, plot to set up an innocent man and create a crime — while taking affirmative steps to ensnare him by refusing to follow procedures designed to prevent such inadvertent missteps — this amounts to conduct so shocking to the conscience and so inimical to our system of justice that it requires the dismissal of the charges for outrageous government conduct,” Ms. Powell wrote.

An investigator ALWAYS wants to question everyone without a lawyer..

If a lawyer is there no one ever tells on themselves.. the lawyer stops the interview the second he thinks his client is under criminal investigation..

This is 101 stuff here people.. EVERY police interrogation and interview they pretend to be friendly “your not a suspect, your a witness”..

Then they ask questions praying the suspect will not ask for a lawyer because THEN THE ANSWERS STOP..

No lawyer let’s his client talk to police if under investigation..

It is a horrible idea if you are guilty..

This is just a oh so common trump deflection... points at something that is standard operating procedure and cries foul.

Same way with Strok’s texts..

The cop investigating you is allowed to think you did it.. the prosecution is allowed to think you did it.. if they did not think you did it, why are they even investigating you?!?!

The only people required to be unbiased parties are the judge and jury..

It was a police investigation...

That is SOP for every police investigation.

Guilty/innocent, either way it is better for the cops if you have no lawyer..

Seems to me they would focus on their strongest case against the impeachment investigations..

If they are required to point at nonsense and pretend it is “proof of a witch-hunt”.

They might not have evidence that the fbi broke the law investigating trump.

no it was not
you are simply incorrect
not suprising
no police were involved with this situation

nice spin to portray such tho

perhaps the leos shouldn't falsify 302's?

The details are numerous and damning. Lisa Page edited the 302 to say something the contemporaneous notes indicated the opposite of.

Prosecutors, MSM, and others conspired to keep Strzok/Page texts scandal back until after they charged Flynn. Notable here is that Judge Contreras recused right after the plea and as the texts and removal of the lovers from Mueller's team also revealed that Strzok had a friend in Contreras.

This is big and more boom coming. The pace of documented revelations is about to pick up. Expect all hell to really break loose when Horowitz's report hits.

The following article from Daily Caller lays out Sidney Powell's motion and evidentiary items.

Flynn was opposing Hillary Clinton, which is a no no.

He was also opposing Islamic extremists.

Two no no's in a world where Hillary was going to be president.
