Thanks sooo much for your recipe.
I will use it. My middle son and I went fishing in Buzzard's Bay this summer, and we caught 44 fish. That meant I had to 'clean' 44 fish hahaha; so,
the joke is on me, but it is great chowder white fleshed fish (now vacuum packed in the freezer), consisting of mostly 'scup' with a few black sea
bass in the mix.
I will use your recipe scaled up to the amount I can cook
It will make a lot of chowder … probably in a huge kettle pot on the stove, to feed a
couple dozen or more next Spring
