I don't think it will. So long as the evidence is made public. Sure the cities will have some "peaceful protests" in the most liberal crazy regions, but the vast majority of the country either supports trump and wants them put away or just doesn't care enough to do anything at all.

He did not withhold the money to make sure it would not be misused. Please. He withheld it to get dirt on Biden and the DNC. That is illegal. It's called extortion.
