Why has the US Air force upgraded it reporting policy for anomalous events?

You mean the US Navy? Do you know what that "upgraded" policy actually is about?
I'm guessing not. It's about quadcopters and suchlike flying where they shouldn't be.

The statement says there were problems with umnanned aerial systems such as quadcopters and incursions into US Naval training areas. So procedures needed specific guidelines to bring consistency to the reporting.

I guess they do not monitor this site because they never show up.

Actually, a few have.

But something, or someone, seems to have spooked 'em.

Yeah, the deer get a little ornery if you do not have potatoes or carrots for them. They do like warm baked potatoes with butter better than raw potatoes.

Wait, what does an alien actually look like, do they have four legs and sometimes antlers?

It's cgi, a real cow would panic if it were lifted like that. The cow is also being lifted too evenly. As if it were being lifted on a platform of as if the entire cow was being held using the same level of force. The video also distorts too evenly. Video from the 1980s would be analogue, which doesn't distort evenly, showing that the distortions were put on afterwards in post production using software.

Some say that the cow is floating to this very day.

I dunno guys, this one looks real to me. What are they doing with all the animals. Something sinister, you can rest assured. I don't like it, not one bit...

This was a well-known TV commercial for milk (Japanese, I seem to remember), although apparently not to some of you. It was played so long ago that I can no longer find a link to the story.

Or you have AOC-DS symptoms include not being able to concentrate on subject matter without being triggered by her face

As for op the noise on the film looks clearly added with software, shame as what a way to have some beef delivered on bbq day

Looks like the question in the thread title is yet another on ATS to which the bleeding obvious answer is "No."

There was also a big problem with the pilots unwritten rules of silence when it comes to seeing anything unusual in the sky. Having their career put at risk for speaking up when there plane is potentially put at risk is a joke, a big funny ha ha things are stupid joke.
