Yes unfortunately that's the state our courts are in today.

But again, a stronger case can still be won which is why Barr needs to be smart about this and use the big guns against these aholes.

Don't throw the towel yet. The charges of FISA abuse and lying to the FISA court is the big case we really need to win against Comey, McCabe, etc.

Once that case is won then the DOJ can review past cases Comey and McCabe were involved in and that includes the Hillary emails scandal.

The left can fight a weak case, but the FISA abuse and lying to the FISA court is a much a stronger case there is no way they can fight or win.

Comey is a smart pos. His friend knew that a case could be brought against him which tells me he won't turn against Comey even if he was convicted, which again it's a big "IF."

This is one of those cases of "going after the big fish by letting go of the small fish."
