Why would he have the IGs report before congress receives it?

If the IG did share the report with him before congress, I think the IG might be going to jail?

Sean Hannity has sources that has seen it and has been insinuating exactly what Joe just said was about to be revealed.

Apparently there is some really juicy info that will be reviled as soon as the IG finishes deciding which info can be declassed and revealed!

I think joe has been pretty accurate in his reporting, yet despite that I will wait for the igs own report until I believe it
