BREAKING: Chaos Breaks Out On House Floor, Pelosi Shut Down for the Day

Chaos broke out on the floor of Congress today during a session
in which the Speaker of The House, Nancy Pelosi was rebuked
and it appears as if she has been barred from speaking on
the floor for the rest of the day.

This is all fluid, but there’s apparently full blown chaos breaking out on the House floor. The House was in the middle of debating a resolution to condemn Trump’s tweet storm from this past weekend.

Nancy Pelosi pointedly said Trump’s comments were racist on the House floor. Not only is that highly debatable, it turns out to be a violation of House rules. This led to a 30 minute debate between Democratic staffers and the House Parliamentarian and that led to Steny Hoyer ruling Peloi’s comments out of order.

At some point after she was rebuked by the presiding chair; Emanuel Cleaver
said "I abandon the chair" and walked off.

Amid debate over whether to condemn tweets by President Donald Trump as racist on Tuesday, the House descended into parliamentary chaos, with Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II, who was presiding, abruptly dropping the gavel and saying, “I abandon the chair.”

Just a week after Dems called Pelosi racist for criticizing these freshmen Dems, she in turn calls trump racist on the house floor

Yet when one of these Dems makes similar claims to trump claiming those in favor of Israel have dual loyalty they defend that claim and rebuke all hate

Meanwhile a federal facility was attacked by a domestic terrorist using the same rhetoric as these freshmen Dems, and none of them can be bothered to condemn that

This moral posturing and weaponizing claims of racism is beyond old, and quickly losing its power

The net effect of using the racism card once-too-often......is the current trainwreck.

Serious question - do the dems have a platform, any platform, that does not have racist connotations?

This kind of temper tantrum shouldn't be allowed on the floor,
let alone by The Soeaker of The House, and it seems her
colleagues are emboldened by her too.

We are closer to losing the rule of law everyday,
just wonder how they are going to like it when
it is turned around on them?

So they only actually go to work for a hundred and some days a year and they have to take a portion of that time to debate weather or not to condemn something the President said?
