God is not manipulating anything thing..... God is the source of what is happening and manifests as what is happening.....
There is no other.

This is the virgin birth....eternally.

Can you demonstrate that to be true? You were obviously convinced of that by some bit of information. Could you share that bit with everybody else?

No information is needed...... it surpasses all understanding.

All seeing and knowing is present and God is all powerful.

This that actually is is denied because the stories are time based..... so this (that actually is) is overlooked.

Concern is for the person in time...... where is time?
Nothing is separate now.... all is appearing and disappearing now.
