What is the difference between poverty and dire poverty then? You asked for my opinion, I gave it. Don't ask then act like my opinion isn't worth hearing. That's disingenuous.

First I noticed that no one supporting mr sanders wants to discuss where all the donations are comming from, just the amount.

If this were say any republican or conservative they be hounding for that info. Then if any were from big business, weathy individuals, or political groups that were not supporters of liberals/causes they cry "big business", "the one percenters" ,
"hate groups" , "xx phobes" ect.

Second.
note I am NOT a sanders supporter but admit the democratic party royally screwed him out of a fair chance in the nomination process where (again not a supporter) he stood a good chance of winning the nomination.
But when hillory won instead of doing like ron paul did (again not a supporter but can RESPECT HIS INTEGRITY ON THIS) not support trump but stated he was for "none of the above" , he OPENLY SUPPORTED HER.

He sold his claimed principles for his 30 pieces of political silver.

Third.
he chastises the rich for not "paying their fair share" , not providing a "living wage" and "public heathcare for all".
but he is weathly and does not pay any more taxes than he has to (which if he is accurate on his accusations of others is also near zero) , he has not held his fellow democrats to same standards as republicans, and openly accepts the congressional heathcare plan instead of obamacare.

so in short him running a second time with all these clear facts is laughable.

His supporters (independents) wont forget, trump in debates wont forget, and dispite all the press attempts the VOTERS wont forget .

but hey support on another raving socialist , rich, hypocrite.

because it worked so well last presidental election and for the "blue wave"

oh wait id didnt.

Bernie is in a no loss situation.

First, his campaign has a bucket load of money to spend.

He is fully aware he will put Trump in the white house for another 4 years.

I predict he will bow out again.

I also predict another lovely house set up in the woods next to a different lake or perhaps he may get something even better this time around.

Bernie knows that another big wind fall is coming his way.

Your opinion in NO way is a fact or actual definition.
The fact that you push it as so is hilarious.

www.forbes.com...

Ps
Gen z is estimated at 61 million people
You still wish to defend the claim all 61 milion will be in DIRE POVERTY?

Pps
You can just say no.

Bernie might be the only candidate I would even consider getting behind seeing as the DNC snubbed him the last time he ran.

Then again he's a career politician and I don't trust politicians. Oh well, another year of not voting for me.

I seriously hope you get your wet dream of a Sanders/AOC ticket and they win.

Honestly... it's what the country actually needs right now.

Then we can finally get it out in the open, watch it collapse and rebuild.

And after ALWAYS remember it.

My view of "dire poverty" is a subjective one as I have only lived in America.
But to me living pay check to pay check isn't "dire poverty". Making a paycheck and still not being able to make all the other payments that have become almost essential in today's America is "dire poverty" IMO. I my self was almost pay check to pay check but had a bonus on a regular basis. I stepped back from working that much to further my own business in the background. I struggled at first and still do so and now am at the pay check to pay check scale again but the future looks good.
I will say that I am lucky to be in America that small business owners can get benefits that other countries can't.
So again I say my view is a subjective one.

In regards to the OP using a few socialistic ideas is not exactly a bad thing as long as they are watched carefully. And Sanders may be one of the few that has this view in mind. And I believe most here on ATS can agree on this point. I do get the whole scare of doing so.....I really do, but if handled with care it can be done. And yes that is a slippery slope. Sanders is a good chose but his age is my biggest concern along with who would replace him and the views and ideas of said person. And based on my "sig" it should be no guess who I support ATM. Still holding out for the debates though.

So tell me, what is the difference between poverty and dire poverty? What is the definition since you seem to hold the only true one? What is poverty in your eyes and what is dire poverty? Please do share.

My wet dream of AOC? Please show me where I've ever backed her in any way? I assume you have seen me support her? That would be news to me.

Or are you just repeating the right-wing NPC dialogue?

I kid. But seriously, where did you hear this?

Bernie is the true anti-establishemnt, he's no joke. Neither the left, nor the right will have him or stand with him.

You want a true outsider this time? The Bern.

Define dire poverty.

I will wait.
40k jobs are not in it.

I hate to break it to him, but just because $40k in San Fran might constitute poverty in terms of not being able to afford utilities, rent, and food every month doesn't mean that same $40k elsewhere is poverty. That's a nice cushy lower middle class life in many spots.

first there is a difference between a BUSINESS bankruptcies and a PERSONAL bankruptcy.

all those you listed were BUSINESS.
Given he has run or part of HUNDREDS of businesses those few failures give him a hell of a good track record.
hell abraham lincoln had per percentage MORE FAILURES but dont see you applying the same standard.
I even bet look at obamas friend warren buffet you find at least as many failures.
but again dont see you even looking into that much less holding it to the same standards.

but all in all your attempt at claiming he is "full of wind" is pathetic given the FACT he is still a BILLIONARE after all those "failures"

so tell me how good your doing?

What candidates?

There will be a pretty big field in the democrat primaries... I hardly think Bernie is going to make any big impression.
I also doubt he will make the cut this time...
