The accuser seems to have credibility issues.
Why does Justice Ginsberg hold any responsibility here? Why is her officiation of the wedding relevant to the story?

I have always been leary of spending the night with people who are sexually attracted to me unless i am wanting to have sex. Honestly there needs to be a better effort in teaching the young about the birds and the bees. [/quote
]Normal humans don't need to be afraid of normal humans raping them just because they find them attractive. That is NOT how the Birds and Bees story goes accept with sick People.

When you figure it out, let me know??
The acts, if true, reflect only on the people who commit them. In what way does Ginsburg factor into this??

Gross.
Ginsberg should resign now.
She can’t resign.

I think some points missing here is the fact that when this marriage took place it was heralded as a good day for equality and that gays are the same as straights. Perhaps not the best coupling to use as poster boys for gay rights. Perhaps it shows a lapse in judgement for scotus but on the other hand it shows that gays are equal in the ability to rape just like straight people.
