Ginsburg 'tying the knot' for this couple and the accompanying media attention which that wedding received...threw this couple into societal prominence and has made them newsworthy celebrities...with their union by her becoming worthy of note in any article concerning them.

perhaps your definition of normal does not coincide with other definitions of normal. If you want to argue against sexual attraction and raise kids to be naive of peoples desire to have sex and the effects of drugs and alcohol can have on people in compromising situations then such stories will continue to be happening because of ignoring the facts of life.

I think some points missing here is the fact that when this marriage took place it was heralded as a good day for equality and that gays are the same as straights. Perhaps not the best coupling to use as poster boys for gay rights. Perhaps it shows a lapse in judgement for scotus but on the other hand it shows that gays are equal in the ability to rape just like straight people.
