Technically it is unless you can prove her life was in literal danger. If he has a knife and you shoot him, it's murder. Depends on the prosecuting attorney.

True, they already would for the most part.

But if God took away someone free will, or controlled them to prevent a catastrophe or save someone by force, wouldnt that be breaking a rule of his own? And if he can or is able to, why doesn't he? Is it out pride

No body would question his will if he did, for he had reasons?

Maybe I would sign up for something like that, to touched by the hand of God and be the ultimate play thing.

Sorry you step foot in my house I can blow your head off, legally. Several years ago someone broke in when my wife was home alone. He took one step in saw her and ran away.

Cops asked if I had a gun, I said no, they said he's lucky because I could have ended his life legally if I did.

You should get knowledge before you speak.
