Cool. I saw a number of Robin Williams movies and liked all of them, even the ones the critics panned. Somehow never saw that one.

I actually decided on the Mora 162S because it was double edged... it allows you to sweep back and forth to make an even hollow on both sides of the piece... a one sided blade requires rotating the piece and trying to replicate your previous cuts on the other side. (I'm not good enough yet to manage that!! LOL)

That Staff sounds awesome btw!

There are a number of us that could use a staff in here. We have a workshop in the shed somewhere or is it out back? Oh it's out back, the craft room is inside. See, you have your very own building/workshop place to make cool things. I'll be checking for hidden stashes of booze. LOL

I have a collection of beautiful spears, hand shields, hunting boomerangs, woomeras and Nulla Nulla. All hand carved from the central deserts. A Nulla Nulla is used for digging and clubbing of all sorts. Generally carried by the women and yes used as a staff.

These original tools are quite ancient in their crafting. All giving to me and my wife along with a lot of paintings. All made and painted in the desert on the ground. Better than the commercial stuff.

So if you need a staff Night Star, I have a couple of Nulla Nulla that I can teach you to use. Great for digging up witchety grubs and bush potatoes (yams). Quite heavy.

Kind regards,

Bally

I knew exactly what you noticed. I've known you long enough now. LOL

Maybe you can get Chrissie one of those lovely wispy blue dresses eh?

Speaking of eh...where is Jacy? Where is Blue? Maybe they won our real castle and are fixing it up before telling us.

Maybe you can share pics with us Bally.

I have a purple floral cane I use if I am somewhere where I don't know how much walking I will be doing. So with my aching back, I doubt I'll be digging anything anytime soon. LOL

There is nothing like a handmade item! They are made with love and well crafted.

I don't think anyone would argue with someone holding a Nulla Nulla. Nulla Nulla. also called a Waddy apparently. Additional: It's a 3 foot long hard stick.

Today I got my tangled hair removed! No forks were harmed but I think my scalp might take a while to recover...

"I must care better for my hair.
I must care better for my hair..."

/me wanders off mumbling into the distance.

Thanks for the link!

Your hair, LOL! Get some detangle spray from a dollar store or somewhere. When you wash, always use a conditioner after. And...combs and brushes are your friends.

That, or visit the shed salon.

So very tired. Tomorrow I have to be up at an ungodly hour. Think I might go lay down soon and rest.
That or go hang out in the forest here.

Because when I try that I don't sleep through the night. Right now is way too early and I could easily fall asleep, but I'd be wide eyed in a few hours. Once I take my meds, melatonin and medicinal weed at night, that usually gets me to sleep for enough hours.

Here have a cupcake.

I could use some medicinal...

Smoke the medicinal earlier! It will work just fine. Or you'll wake up drooling over the settee at 4 a.m. It's all good.

I don't eat cup-cakes. Sorry bout dat. My teeth are starting to decay.

ETA Anyone like Maynard?

The only time I can sleep during the day, is when I'm sick. Other than that, I never nap.
