Take Rachel Maddow for instance, she's made so many predictions RE: Trump/Russia and not one of them have come true. Does that stop her audience from parroting her "alternative facts" 24/7? Of course not

because the left (or at least part of it) recognizes what this is. This is information warfare, and something resembling a "cold civil war" At least some of us are recognizing the old rule book no longer applies!

Take your example of Judge Kavanaugh's opinion about presidential criminal investigations. Did the criticizers read the opinion? Did they peel back the layers and evaluate the logical and rational reasons given? Do they understand what the written law says and what the precedents are?

Heh, very true. They also did not consider how the same BS can (and I'm sure *will*) be used against Democrats if they somehow happen to get back in power before their party splits into separate segments

I really appreciate the reply queenofswords, it is just so darn frustrating dealing with the same people day-in day-out and you know for a fact they aren't actually reading anything or even considering logical rebuttals. The New York Times published links to a bunch of his legal opinion papers and I noticed how often he cited his boss and mentor, Merrick Garland's, writings and opinions as a basis for many of his. I think he knows it should have been Merrick Garland, and that he's supposed to be ram rodded through because of his recent written opinion that a president shouldn't be investigated.
