Probably not. They probably heard Joy Behar or Rachel Maddow or some other hater jibber-jabber in a hyper emotional rant, and that was good enough for them!
Take your example of Judge Kavanaugh's opinion about presidential criminal investigations. Did the criticizers read the opinion? Did they peel back the layers and evaluate the logical and rational reasons given? Do they understand what the written law says and what the precedents are?
Weird how you got that out of him agreeing with a judge whose opinion is actually not ultra conservative but whatever!

The New York Times published links to a bunch of his legal opinion papers and I noticed how often he cited his boss and mentor, Merrick Garland's, writings and opinions as a basis for many of his. I think he knows it should have been Merrick Garland, and that he's supposed to be ram rodded through because of his recent written opinion that a president shouldn't be investigated.
Misogyny? You might want to be more careful when throwing that term around at who you view as opponents. How misogynistic is it that men and women both assailed Sarah Palin because she's conservative and because she chose to bring to full term the life of her unborn child, a woman who clearly can hunt her own food even. The nonsense they threw in her face was truly outrageous including alleged book banning, which is really what liberals are doing themselves.

Why? Because no one can take the leftists seriously any more?
You mean Maoists? FMLN?
Russian disinfo. Your deep rooted misogyny will lead you into pain.

Again, the allegations should be investigated no matter what.
But this just adds more suspicious about the accuser having a political agenda.
it's more than a political agenda, it's also monetary.
