Asia argento has now been proven to have had sex with a minor.
The age of consent in California is 18 and her victim had just turned 17.

Is she going to get off scott free because shes a woman?

Statute of Limitations for statutory rape in California is three years. So, much like Roy Moore, from a legal standpoint it doesn't really matter whether she did it or not.

The court of public opinion is another matter entirely.

You think everyone is sleeping with underage children?

just on a tangent can someone explain why :

there is no federal law on alcahol age limits - yet every state is unified on the 21 YO law as a seperate law in each state

yet when it comes to sexual consent laws - there is no cohesion what so evver

yes- its state mandate to set what evver limit they wish

but all 50 have settle on a 21 YO alchalol purchase statute

and 3 different sexual consent ages [ i realise there are outliers to this ]

They should have done it in Texas.

I don't think Asia cares about public opinion. She knows that Americans have an attention span of about 4 days.

in ca its illegal for ANYONE under 18 to have sex with ANYONE ... the law is not writen to stop adults from having sex with minors its writen to stop minors from having sex
