Maybe Seth asked the police to send for Brazile. Maybe he wanted to tell someone what happened. Maybe she knows what happened, and that is the REAL reason she is denying being there. She may fear that she is next if anyone finds out Seth talked to her before he died?

According to CynConcepts "According to Matt Couch on his own Tweet Time line #11 He says he discovered the Emt Ambulance arrived on the scene at 4:33am and Seth arrived at the hospital at 4:48am."

So even if Seth requested she be called, "Brazile and Bowser were there at 4:30am before he arrived" Now that's 10 minutes from when police found him. Or when they say they found him. Maybe they found him at 4:00 and called everyone, who knows? But if the times we have are accurate, Brazile had to know in advance and also know which hospital he would be taken to.

That's about 2 miles from where Seth was shot, in the Bloomingdale neighborhood, which is about 6 minutes (likely less via emergency vehicle) from the VA Medical Center.
I think at 4 AM with little traffic, if Brazile was at her office (as we know, people tend to sleep at their office in DC) and dressed, she might have been able to get to the hospital within 10 minutes easily.

Nice link. It also said: "Seth was shot at 4:19 in the morning, just two minutes after hanging up with his girlfriend, Kelsey Mulka." So that tightens up the time line. 11 minutes from the shooting to Brazile being at the hospital, including any phone calls made to or from her. And the DC mayor also.

So the cop called his boss. The boss called the mayor. The mayor called Brazile. And they all made there in 10 minutes at 4:30, 3 minutes before the Emt Ambulance arrived on the scene at 4:33am. The ambulance took 15 minutes to load Seth up and get to the hospital at 4:48am.

If Donna stopped and picked him up, he could have got to the hospital 18 minutes sooner than he did.

Wondering if there is any way to tell when she booked the flight. Was this a planned trip or did she go last minute for cover?

Not that it changes the timeline, but it would be interesting if she booked it last minute.

Seth Rich has long been discussed as a possible source for leaked files, or at least a facilitator for the same. His murder and the "botched robbery" (who took the time to shoot him from behind and not steal a thing) make no sense. A "botched robbery" happens when something unexpected happens during the crime and the criminal kills the victim when they otherwise intended not to. Thing is, you'd have expected *something* to have be stolen. This specific murder appears more like an execution than a botched robbery, because Rich's wallet and expensive watch was left untouched.

Why would Brazile be called before his parents? The HIPAA violation alone is problematic.

If Seth asked the police to call Brazile, they would have. Police will ask if there is someone they can contact for you, and that is who they will call. Seth knew Brazile was close by, and perhaps he trusted her. Brazile said he was like a "son" to her.

I'm not certain that the 4:30 time is an "exact" time for when Brazile was seen at the hospital. There was a witness who saw her there and is willing to testify to that fact. I think they likely were not looking at a clock.

The police call an ambulance.
The police call Brazile from the scene.
The ambulance has to drive from the hospital, evaluate Seth, load him up, and get back to the hospital. If it was the VA Medical Center, they probably could have done that within 10 to 15 minutes.
We don't know the exact time Seth arrived at the hospital.
We don't actually know if Seth arrived at the hospital before or after Brazile.
Brazile only had to jump in her car and drive about 8 minutes to the hospital.
