Hausknecht operated on Pappas’ mother more than 20 years ago, but she died during surgery, which Acevedo said was the likely root of his actions.

I would suppose they tracked a gun purchase of his and matched it somehow but the article offers no details.

Sarah Sanders acknowledged Q by not flat out saying it's a conspiracy. She said she doesn't promote violence by any group.
Right around the time Q said "You are now mainstream Handle w/ care." it's called a message.

The president denounced Q annon

Sarah would have been briefed about this group and said the right thing
