Not everybody becomes a father.

What about the men who choose not to procreate?

Must they be ignored or discriminated against?

Often, indeed they are.

Not a father by 40 and your existential purpose is gone.
I disagree with that.

Perhaps they are busy with other things, that can also benefit humanity.

Every man is both the child and father of all humanity.

I want a single men's day!

Any naysayers?

OK, henceforth the entire summer is declared a public holiday.

For single men over 21.

We are men!

We exist!

But because we're not fathers by 40 we are invisible?

Are you the member that recently decided to start posting using liberal logic? I thought we were already changing the names of Mother's Day and Father's Day to be more inclusive, whatever happened to that?

Dude, every other day except father's day is single men's day.

There was a time when people felt you either had kids or you didn't have a purpose. That kind of thinking is really going away fast.

What a groovy point of view!

So I got 364 single days?

I think I should get watches and socks for every single day!

Congrats. I hope you get some really nice nonexistent presents from your nonexistent kids.

Don't ever post this on any other forum unless you want a bunch of /pol/ stricken, incel driven neck beards rolling their face on their keyboards at you.

I agree tho. But it's rather sad, because a lot of people do want to raise a family but cannot because of life circumstances in today's world. When someone can barely afford to keep themselves a float. But in all seriousness it's always sort of been like that.

For the rest of us, there is always Sunday. The day of the week the reeks of rest, but all we do is catch our breath, So we can wade naked in the bloody pool, and place our hand on the big, black book. To watch the knives zigzag between our aching fingers

I want free ties and socks for each of them!
Unless it's not equality, but discrimination against single men who are not fathers.

And laugh - but that's exactly what it is.

The problem here, of course, is that random people don't give random fathers anything for fathers day. Their kids do. Who exactly is supposed to give nonfather gifts? Everyone? Is that like a "thank you for not breeding" day? Just not getting it.

Who knows, maybe the ones that don't breed are the ones that should. Maybe their progeny would make the world a better place. Seriously though, some of the people that I know that would make the absolutely most outstanding parents don't have any kids. A lot of people that have boatloads of kids are the worst parents. The world is f*ckupd like that.

Evolution is more than just breeding you know. Especially at the level that the human brain has evolved.

Maybe, it depends.

But how much marketing, and advert pressure is there?

Get dad this or that - from an army knife to a handkerchief.
Even a card costs a fortune.

Being more in a supportive role, but I want all that stuff too.

No bro if that's what you want, sink the pink (heavens no) and make a baby!

No - I should get a card, thanks for not procreating!
The planet is over-populated already.
Thank you kind sir.

But no!

Not having to pay alimony, child support, or put up with a crazy ex is it's own reward.

Every day is non-father's day.
