There's no evidence that anything Russia did had a significant impact on the election.

Then why did they do it?

a reply to: theantediluvian>>> OMG, I'll bet you could tell Mueller to go look for Snipe in the woods and he'd be out there for days trying to find them, rain or cold or snow. No wonder his nickname is " Special Prosecutor Doofy"

Mueller can't catch Muskie, so he's settling for bluegills.

as some have said, potentially sow discord within US generally. Also, you have to remember that their ads, pages, and support included BLM, anti trump, etc. I know that's inconvenient for the narrative. Use your mind. A minuscule amount of social media efforts happened relative to a multi billion dollar election. Much of it happened AFTER the election. The only reason you and others think it's a primary issue is because CNN and the DNC told you it is.

Maybe drop the sarcasm and answer the question. Or admit you never actually read any of them.

People on the coast don't eat pike. We eat ocean fish.
But Mueller is obviously going for the bottom feeders.

DHS states there is no evidence of Russian "hacking." The Cia is literally one of the most evil and dishonest orgs of recent history. That much is demonstrable. If you don't know that you really aren't very informed.

What you're saying is flat false.

DHS never said there is no instance of Russian hacking.

The quote that you've put up (I think it was you) said that there were no votes (that they've found) of votes being flipped. That's far different than no instances of hacking. In fact, they have confirmed Russian hacks in many states, and all it takes is removing people from the roles to alter an outcome.

So you admit that Russia:s goal was to sow discord in the United States through social media and the calculated release of hacked information? Cool. We're in agreement. Oh, and contrary to expectations, Trump actually won, opening up a whole world of political chaos.

Have you seen the footage of them sending a live traitor into their crematorium oven? Oh, wait. That was the GRU....

a reply to: theantediluvian>>>> Again, there's zero evidence the Russians were behind this so it makes Mueller look incredibly compromised if he suggests this. Unless he's just blowing smoke to keep his true intentions a secret. Some have suggested he's playing the left after determining the Trump investigation was a dead end. But he may have been presented with other information he wasn't able to ignore. Maybe Hillary has become the focus of the actual investigation but he doesn't dare reveal that for fear of a media backlash against him.

Yeah they were wrong once so that means they will never be right again.
Sure...That's makes sense.
Shakes head.
Good thing you never were wrong about anything in your life because that would mean you will never be right about anything ever again. For as long as you live. So good thing you've never been wrong about anything.

No DHS doesn't say there is no evidence of Russian hacking.
The Russians did this. And your opinion of the character of the CIA means nothing as far as the work these men and women do. And they don't care what you think they will still do the work even to protect little old you.

I love how these guys all became public enemy number one since trump was elected. Amazing really.

Wrong. CIA did not believe the accounts from "Screwball" that the administration used to justify their invasion. An anonymous source (George Tenet) informed the New York Times of this the day of Secretary of State Colin Powell's address at the United Nations. The disclaimer was buried on page 15, if memory serves. The New York Times has always favored the State Department. Unfortunately for the United States, the address Powell was manipulated into making derailed his political career, depriving us of someone who might have proven to be the best President of the 21st century.

It's not so much about being wrong as it is about pushing an agenda to get what you want. It was about public perception. We needed a reason to go into a war we wanted to go into. WMD's aren't just an ooopsie. I'm not claiming to be right all the time. I'm claiming that things get declared that turn out to either be wrong or just an outright lie. Wasn't it first reported 17 different agencies had said the Russians hacked the DNC? That list was then brought down to 3? Still no evidence shown? But if you wanna go ahead and take it as gospel. Time will tell. I'm sure if what they are saying didn't fit what you want to be true, you would question it.

Again, show me real evidence of the claims of collusion or the Russians significantly influencing the election. Put up, or shut up. At this point all of you are a discredit to the very liberalism I hold dear.. You aren't being woke. You aren't being intelligent. You are being useful idiots for powerful people.

You are obviously ill informed. The CIA's corrupt legacy is literally factual and well documented by countless scholars. They have been involved in everything from overthrowing democracies to training death squads abroad. All of this is proven. If you knew what you were talking about, the CIA was castigated by the LEFT going back to the 60's. It's only recently that the right realized. They used to be considered a RIGHT WING apparatus. Educate yourself. At this point I think you aren't even an honest participant.
