It's fraud. Plain and simple. They said they were taking donations with the expectation that those donations would be controlled by the DNC. Giving hillary control defrauded the donors. Even if the rule was unwritten, the fact that they had never done such an unethical thing before as well as the fact that they hid it will make it very hard for them to get out of this lawsuit unscathed.

I am saying promising one thing, then delivering something else is a con job. Pretty certain many people have gone to jail for conning people out of their money.


Pretty sure the promise has always been, donate and vote and you get a say in who we put forward. It was proven and now admitted to that the DNC had no intention in letting the people's vote matter. IE they promised X, delivered Y and when people complained they said tough your stuck.


Its called a bait and switch, and yes ANYONE after seeing this that decides to vote democrat is a sheep, they have admitted that they cheated the people out of their money with a rigged primary.

EDIT: I seriously doubt hillary or obama will see jail time (they should but wont), because that opens up RNC presidents and congress critters to jail time when their misdeeds are uncovered.

Even the judge that dismissed the case didn't disagree with that, he basically said that since none of the people suing alleged they read the charter, they didn't have standing to sue for the DNC betraying the charter. Obviously, the appeals court disagreed.

That is some seriously convoluted thinking... so a company says we have these rules... but the customer didn't read the rules so the company isn't bound by them.

For the last year the usual suspects have been incessantly whining about rigging an election. So much they are using Federal law enforcement agencies to investigate the winner.

They turn around and make the argument that election rigging is protected under the first amendment.

Yep.

Just to point out how crazy the judge who dismissed was. His ruling was "If you didn't know about a legal protection, you aren't entitled to that legal protection." So all of those college students who don't know about, say the 4th amendment, aren't entitled to it? That's absurd. That judge needs a talking to.

I wonder how that would work in reverse? Oh wait, they say ignorance of the law is not an excuse for breaking it. Weird double standard...
