Only idiots that hate Trump fall for these unverified anonymously sourced falsified narrative driven article written by a new organization that has lost any semblance of credibility. Only these haters feed on this chum the media throws at them. People with healthy skepticism will never be influenced by these "articles. "

When you say "a news organization", do you mean... ALL of them? Because they all reported on it. Only morons ignore such information.

It only takes one sensational inverified "leak" to a proven political hack journalist (Maggie Haberman) to get the ech chamber started. Then the willing and compliant follow like Pavlov dogs. It been done over and over and over and you don't see it bc you are one of their target audience. It easier to see it happen from the outside.

Trump is a joke to the world. He's moron. You and the other Trumpeters here... you're not convincing anyone of anything. We all see your bullsh*t spin and your convenient ways of ignoring real news. It's a pathetic act. It's like a person trying to show off their skills to bullsh*t any subject. That's what it means to defend this joke of a president.

And yet you do this to yourself. Why would you devote so much of your time to prop up a moron? It's so bizarre the way you and others prop up this piece of sh*t and pretend he doesn't stink. It's kind of gross.

Wow, how can anyone argue with such a well made fact based presentation. I particularly am impressed that you didn’t feel the need to name call. Name calling only admits to a weak position.

And speaking of fact not opinion, you say “the whole world grimaces”?? The truth :

stellasplace1.com...

In #Davos, @MSNBC's @AliVelshi said he'd "never seen anything like" the greeting that @realDonaldTrump received. Velshi said world leaders were taking smartphone pictures of Trump who "was being greeted like a rock star."

Yea, it actually is.

It points directly to the premise that your position sits in feeling and not in knowledge nor fact. Want proof?

meanwhile the whole world grimaces.

You couldn't possibly source this. However, that is what you feel. Thus your argument and position is null.

Icing on the cake is that you attempt to call the person you are posting to a liar for calling you out.

Short of an audio recording, Trump cannot be indicted on this because there is no proof he said this and he denied saying this.

From the NYT quoted article:

www.nytimes.com...

After receiving the president’s order to fire Mr. Mueller, the White House counsel, Donald F. McGahn II, refused to ask the Justice Department to dismiss the special counsel, saying he would quit instead, the people said. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because they did not want to be identified discussing a continuing investigation.

I don’t believe that the President, as a practical matter, would fire Mueller by giving the order to fire him to the White House Counsel. The White House Counsel is in an advisory role to the President.

www.whitehouse.gov...

The Office of White House Counsel The Office of White House Counsel advises the President, the Executive Office of the President, and the White House staff on legal issues pertaining to the President and the White House. It is often said that the office sits at the intersection of law, policy, and politics.

Should the President wish to fire Mueller wouldn't he go to Mueller’s boss or his bosses boss being the Attorney General. The AG directly reports to the President. He is in a direct command position between the President and Mueller. It isn’t logical to believe that the President would issue a termination order to his advisor the White House Counsel. It also isn’t reasonable to believe that even if this termination order was issued thru the White House Counsel that the person who actually could perform the termination, the AG or his deputy, would accept such an order coming from someone, the White House Counsel, who is not in the direct chain of command.

Therefore the NYT article obviously fails as it reports something as true that cannot reasonably be true.

Does anyone have facts not opinion which would indicate differently?

The reporter Maggie Haberman has already been exposed in WIkileaks as a political hack. THey probably "leaked" the story to her or in other words gave her he marching orders. That's why any story from the Times or the Wash Post have virtually no credibility.

We both have discovered the BS of the NYTs but it is good to document why a story cannot be true. I would think that there are leaked true stories and leaked made up stories. And, stories between the two extremes.

In this case the reported story just cannot be true.

I personally would believe that the President spoke with the White House Counsel about his legal ability to fire the Special Counsel and was given advice. Then let the leaks and spin up begin.

The lefts problem now is their BS and out and out lies have desensitized us to their talking points. What ever they say just rolls off our backs. Worse yet for them they don’t believe or even recognize this effect.

All to our advantage, MAGA!
