So you can purchase a personal firearm for protection then?

No but you can accept the gift of a shotgun at 15, own a shotgun at.

There also a law that says after midnight in one area of england a person can legally kill a scotsman as long as its with a cross bow

So you can buy a handgun in the UK? I thought they were outlawed except for law enforcement.

What I meant is we have old laws that make no sense in todays world, we just don't enforce them.

No, you can buy an assortment of hand guns but you need a reason for one.

Reagan,

Prove your supposition.

Pick 3 areas of US govt policy which make you mad and I will use logic to prove you point invalid.

Cheers

BHR

p.s. I am a Liberal (with a capital L) but here in the UK we actually have our own party, with balloons and streamers and everything.

Boogyman,

If you do not like the thread then you know where the door is.

Sorry to be so blunt but what harm is it doing?

Cheers

p.s. Reagan, any response?

My apologies
I came off a bit strong there which was not my intention its just shocking to me that POS troll threads like this flourish while more worthy threads get ignored.

Im just trying to say that no matter what you say your not going to have a rational converstation with this guy hes a lost cause and logic has nothing to do with his opinions. Your best bet is to just ignore him most of the time I mean his name says it all. Do you really think you'll be able to convince a guy who honestly believes Reagan was our best president ever that "Liberals" arent the cause of all thats wrong with the world? Posting heres not worth the effort youll only wind up encouraging him while stressing yourself out.

Feel free though dont let me stop you who knows maybe you'll have better luck then the rest of us.

Good Luck

Boogy,

No worries, mate.

I do not harbour any misconceptions of changing his mind I just love arguing with rightie-haties (the opposite of leftie-luvvies)

Cheers
