Next "surprise", it´s the same everywhere in the west.

Where family values are worth nothing anymore, family, a partner, childs, all that hinders modern, career addicted people to have succes in their jobs to make others richer and richer.

People nowadays have to be flexible, to get or to keep one of those wage slave jobs.
If slave master says:
You move to keep your job, career addicted move to keep their job!
What would kids say to changing homes, schools, friends, every several months?

What would a wife say to such a situation, how long would a marriage work under such circumstances?

We are turned into working drones that don´t care anymore if they can live from their work, from the lifetime they spend to work, to make rich people richer. If you are unemployed, you are nothing than dirt for most of those that have that luck to maybe have a job yet, that is fair payed and where you are not handled like human cargo, wage slaves.

Nowadays it´s a must to have a job, or two, or three, even if these jobs doesn´t make any sense, because you can´t live from the reward you get for your work and spended lifetime anymore. Because, as an example, you need a car to get or keep your job, that car and all it´s costs need to be be payed. So you work to pay for a tool you need to keep your job. To pay your rent, to fill your fridge. That´s it, no money left anymore. You just work and pay the wage for being felxible and fit enough to keep a job. How many sense makes that?

Ok, people that made the mistake to lend money from the banksters, often just to buy things they can´t pay for and "things that all the others have", so they need to have them too(to "stand out from the masses"... that´s the "logic" nowadays), that sold their souls to the devils in suits and ties, those poor(or greedy and because of that stupid) people don´t have any other chance than to jump, if slave master/bankster says:
Jump!

Problem is that people nowadays don´t care about giving away their lifes to the slave masters, main thing for them just is that they can buy what all the others, in the midst of the grey mass, buy too. To be one of them, whoever them is. I learned to count and save my money(not on a bank!), and if it is enough i can buy something for it. If it is not enough, i simply can´t buy what i maybe wanted to buy. So i have to save my money a bit longer, to buy what i want or need.

And if i work in a job and something happens that i don´t like, to less money, a boss that behaves like a god, plotting and scheming "colleagues" that hope for 3 Euro more if they kiss the bosses a$$, feeling betrayed or exploited and mistreated, i tell them what i think about them, in a way that they never forget what i told them! And quit that "job" that´s not worth to spend lifetime for it!

That´s the freedom one has if he didn´t sell his life to the slave masters in suits and ties!
People nowadays are too afraid to lose their wage slave jobs, because the banks, credits got them by their nuts!

If i would have childs and would have done the mistake to marry( i can´t stand religions/cults anyway and i don´t need an OK from any state too, for spending parts of my lifetime with a wife) and i had to put my family, wife, childs behind any job, i would quit that job, because life is not work only!

Problem is, most career addicted or bankster victims, realize that first when their final hours are coming, maybe in their 40´s or 50´s, after an heart attack, after a burn out, after spending almost your whole adult lifetime to make others rich and richer, without having any profits for yourself! In steady fear to lose those jobs!

For me it´s like Critical Stinker said in the second comment, this world is full of greedy egoists that care for nothing and nobody than themselves and their direct environment. Which literally walk over dead bodies for only their own profits. And the world, better humankind, is not getting a better one, the more time passes. You can smell that in the near future something big will happen, i guess the exploited people will uprise in the robber baron capitalism controlled parts of the world.

After the next Banksters crash, for example, when those banksters "need to be saved" again with the peoples tax money, because they are "too big too fail" and want to play on in their casino, that others call the world they have live in!

I don´t want to see my own flesh and blood having to life in a world like we know it today and not in the world of tomorrow, too! The world of tomorrow will be worse than the world of today, because mankind is a greedy and egoistic beast!

I woud never ever have any minute in my life again without the worst feelings of guilt!
That is my reason for not being married and having no childs.

But i would never ever let the addiciton to serve others(make others rich), career addiction decide for me whether i have a family, childs, a woman, or not! Because, "Arbeit macht frei" is a lie!

Those that sold their lifes to the slave masters, for whatever reason, don´t have that opportunity to decide anymore and have to sell their lifetime for next to nothing, whenever there labour is needed, as sad as it is!

Interesting.

Aren't you German?

Husband has a job that is outsourced to him from a German company here in the states. He has worked for the same company for close to 20 years now. They have insanely generous benefits in terms of time off and other things and that's one of the reasons he has stayed with them for so long. He's practically taking half of December off paid this year which is very, very helpful because he can stay home with our son during all of Christmas break, for example, plus a couple of days just for him.

And he can do all of that on top of any time he needed to take during the rest of the year.

I thought generous benefits were a feature in Germany.

Here's my "off the wall" theory.

The baby boom. Now that was a huge spike in population. Now that people of that generation are getting elderly and beginning to die off (for lack of a better phrase), the population is reducing and "normalizing".

Boom goes both ways, boom in births and boom in deaths.

But then again, what the hell do I know. lol

The mill's that we have here at work are somewhat strange. they can take a turn at a moments notice and be against everything for no reason. luckily they average about 2 years here and leave because they didn't get promoted fast enough or nobody would listen to them. I'm working now but leaving in a bit I only came in to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and send them home early.

I don't blame them. If I was their generation I wouldn't either. It's way too expensive. Almost everything is targeted at the nuclear family paying for everything. The workforce was decimated with outsourcing. The cost of living has gone up while wages have gone down or have flatlined. Not to mention housing too expensive, cars too expensive , insurance auto, life , health too expensive, weddings - too expensive, (divorce rate 50+% rate), divorce lawyers - too expensive. College - too expensive, utilities - too expensive. If I was their generation, I seriously doubt that I would get married, or have children. What I see in the workforce, is that the millennials are for the most part single, but are happy living at home with no bills.

Maybe the millennials aren't breeding but minorities and young walmarters are breeding at a fantastic rate.

The changing demographics is a fantastic opportunity for a savy entrepreneur.

Yep, german.

That is a long time ago with these benefits for every working person.
We had a salary for a 13th moth, called Weihnachtsgeld, Christmas Money.

Workers of today can dream of something like this.

I just talked today to a buddy, he is an official.
They took even their 13th salary, splitted it by 12 and told everybody that these officials would get more money now... Not saying that they just split the Weihnachtsgeld and pay a little part of it every month of the year. But sell it as a salary increase.

If in a country like germany even officials are fooled(they live a way better life than average hard working people and make way more money, don´t have to be afraid of old-age poverty etc)), then you can imagine what happens to non officials.

To workers that keep that nation alive but are treated like wage slaves, cannonfodder for the robber baron capitalism.

actually a good point but i think there are still other reasons more related to our perceptions of life and what we value like freedom and doing our own thing

Regardless of what money is, without enough of it surviving is difficult.

What a nice sound bite.

It doesn't have anything to do with your idea, though:

No it is simply mathematics.

More people in the system, less available money in the system.

Again, this is nonsensical.

It's either nonsense or it is sense you do not understand.

Raising an adopted child is not an easy task. You are also adopting the baggage (sorry about the cruel use of the word) that your adopted child comes with. Here is Japan, adoption is something no one really talks about because it is so rare and actually in most cases looked down upon. If you like to PM me about adoption, please feel free to do so. I have had the experience that one can share about adoption and the game that goes one within govt. adoption. Please try to stay away from private adoptions, the child in most cases may not legally be yours , at least Stateside births.

Career addiction isn't really a choice these days it's either you are addicted to your career or you can't make your $250 a month medical insurance payment and 2500-5000 deductible and your $1000+ rent or your nearly $100's of dollars needed for travel expenses and utilities in the winter hitting nearly 5-600 and the list goes on and on and on.

Career addiction has become mandatory.
