Doughnut UFO Spotted Hovering Over Lake

Ok, so I need some help on this.

This really mysterious object appeared over a lake in China.

It seems that some of it's cloaking ability has malfunctioned leaving the outer shell of the craft exposed.

Need help in identifying this craft.

A businessman from Taiwan travelling in south-west China captured a beautiful picture of the famous Lake Dian in Yunnan Province during his trip. But after examining it once he got home to Taipei, he spotted something strange: a doughnut-shaped craft hovering in the sky above the water. "It just has to be a UFO. It's a strange doughnut shape in the sky," said 44-year-old John Chen of the picture he took. Mr Chen showed the picture to a UFO expert here in the UK who said he couldn't be completely sure what it was - calling the picture an "open verdict".

It could be a small object, such as a washer hanging from the tree by fishing line. Or possibly something that was thrown into the air and captured on film. It looks a bit too good for my liking, but I am prepared to proven wrong.

It's okay, just the wheel of a covert, cloaked flying Hummer has become uncloaked, you can even see the balance mark on the tyre...it happens.

I, myself, thought it looked like a flying tractor tire, but how could that be?
