I wondered that too. recently there was a Q drop that wasn't verified by the board. i was skimming. most likely the missile, but I can see the other as being just as justifiable.

I still think it was a natural response to the state OEM issuing the alert. Issue an inbound missile launch threat without the military knowing whats going on is going to get a response. I think they alerted pending confirmation nothing was going on and it was a mistake.

and the navy stood down according to that now removed thread.
