On the bright side... none of them are my partner, so every cloud and all that...

A couple of months ago, I pitched an idea to our dear Jacy...
I wanted us to write together, to create a new "story" or series of stories.
Of course, Real Life has a horrible habit of intervening!

But

I think that our idea was a good one, and I look forward to the day when she is free and able to fulfill her writing potential to its fullest extent.

In the meantime - and in honour of our Jacy and with a nod to potential collaborations of the future...
I've written a "scene setter" where my character meets hers... in a bar... Not so long ago... in a land not so far away...

My bad! I've only been to one wedding and it was almost 30 years ago. I forgot the bit where the woman throws all those beautiful and expensive flowers away. The wedding I saw was my father's, his second, to be clear. I didn't pay much attention. He may have had an erection too to be fair!

I'm feeling pretty good for me. I cheated and had coffee with that devil drug caffeine in it this morning. I'll be staying up late because of it. That's okay as I slept very late this morning as well.
