What, too soon?

With all the heavy hearted stuff going on in Charlotte I thought it might be time for some comic relief. This is one the greatest comedy bits ever written:

www.comedycentral.co.uk...

www.cc.com...

Just amazing. I love how the comedy of it highlights the blind idiocy and stupidity of racism.

Dave Chappelle, the legend. Comedy Central never the same without him.

Remember when people could be funny and not walk through a mile of eggshells for it?

I was thinking of that line Steve Martin says in The Jerk about him growing up as a poor black child.

Wonder how that would fly if it were released now.

So true! Whatever happened to 'anything for the sake of comedy'?

Chappelle is only equaled by this guy:

And my favorite bit of all time ("there's a reason"):

"The real owners of this country"

dave was one of the funniest people i have ever watched. but i have to agree with another poster about george carlin being the best, though. My favorite part of the whole bit was when the guy's head exploded when the hood removed. and the confused rednecks banging on the truck...just priceless hilarity

Yes, but he eventually found his rhythm.

yep. All types of comedy should be allowed and not censored. Like the kids in South Park said about comedy, "either its all okay or none of it is." Even racist comedy should be allowed. Should one find it funny? probably not. But if you do like it It just means you have bad taste in comedy. A taste for lowbrow humour. But it should be allowed still.
