"Many lines of evidence demonstrate that human activities, especially emissions of greenhouse gases, are primarily responsible for the observed climate changes over the last 15 decades. There are no alternative explanations. There are no apparent natural cycles in the observational record that can explain the recent changes in climate (e.g., PAGES 2K 2013; Marcott et al. 2013). In addition, natural cycles within the Earth’s climate system can only redistribute heat; they cannot be responsible for the observed increase in the overall heat content of the climate system (Church et al. 2011). Internal variability, alternative explanations, or even unknown forcing factors cannot explain the majority of the observed changes in climate (Anderson et al. 2012)."

The data supporting this spurious claim has been cherry picked. The earth is warming. Climate change skeptic bloggers simply tell lies. Sorry.
Oh really? And climate change proponents never lie. Hahahahahaha!

Records that have only been gathered in the blink of an eye where the age of the Earth is considered. Those records?
The temps were a lot higher LOOOOONG before records were kept and recording started. You are referring to a minuscule period of time here....quite minuscule. And, the planet will survive regardless of what mankind can do to it. What we should be talking about is not saving the planet, but saving the human race.

No, but at least we have the world's scientists on our side. And the other side has... Oil company shills and people with no qualifications in climate science.

Since the late 1970s, the Arctic has lost an average of 20,800 square miles (53,900 square kilometers) of ice a year; the Antarctic has gained an average of 7,300 square miles (18,900 sq km). On Sept. 19 this year, for the first time ever since 1979, Antarctic sea ice extent exceeded 7.72 million square miles (20 million square kilometers), according to the National Snow and Ice Data Center. The ice extent stayed above this benchmark extent for several days. The average maximum extent between 1981 and 2010 was 7.23 million square miles (18.72 million square kilometers).

very interesting,
Seeing multiple location breaking record heat, some at 51C-124F, and multiple sources saying 2017 so far is second warmest year on record only behind 2016.
There is worry the seed banks meant to last for long periods of time and ensure civilization are in danger from melting permafrost, antartica is starting to green up for the first time.
Antarctica Antarctica is Earth's southernmost continent. It contains the geographic South Pole and is situated in the Antarctic region of the Southern Hemisphere, almost entirely south of the Antarctic Circle, and is surrounded by the Southern Ocean

Second time at least, or there would not have been seeds etc, to green up from.
The last week of May 2017 and first week of June brought one the most extraordinary heatwaves in world history to Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The mercury shot up to an astonishing 53.5°C (128.3°F) at Turbat, Pakistan on May 28, making it Earth’s hottest temperature ever recorded in the month of May—and one of Earth’s top-five hottest reliably-measured temperatures on record, for any month. Both Pakistan and Oman tied their all-time national heat records for any month during the heat wave, and all-time national heat records for the month of May were set in Iran, Norway and Austria. International weather records expert Maximiliano Herrera details the great heat wave in this guest post.-link

There are the ice cores to provide some clue about ancient climate. In any case will be interesting to see what the word is if in a few decades we get a blue ocean virtually ice free artic during summer.
