US Spend trillions yet we don't have defensive missles deployed, internet is being DDOS'd, Spy agencies have no clue? What in the hell are we spending our money on? We don't have an assassin to take out Kim? We have to deploy missiles to protect Guam, Hawaii etc...? We do not have a tracking device attached to Kin jun Un cars? We have to "deploy" bombers and fighters? Japan has to escort our B1B?

Where in the hell are the trillions of defense dollars going exactly?

Jesus.

There's your problem, you think those trillions are spent for defense.

Here's the first clue we are not defending anything, that force is being projected outwards.

Wow first there is a missile defense in Alaska and yes even Guam has the thad system. As far as bombers needing escorts of course they do and since fighters don't have the same range you can avoid in flight refueling by using fighters all ready there. That only makes sense and as for your point on the cars I can't figure out what your thinking.

Projects you nor I are not privy to. Gun runs, and setting up people in other countries to make sure they do things our governments way. Just keeping things a secret cost's more money than one would think. I don't know about you, but I could spend 100 trillion dollars in about a few minutes, if were so inclined.

Oh we do, but we might as well press NKs nuke button our self.

To sit there and think if we assassinated him and they wouldn't come full force at us is laughable.

NK has nuclear weapons that can reach this country. Why don't we waste their missile and military sites so they can't use them? They are threatening to use them on us, we should blow Kim out of his palaces too. Someone with nukes threatens to nuke us and we do nothing.

Most likely because he could cripple those sites, but not those that could still hit most other countries, who would hold us accountable.

Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.

I started a thread like yours 4 months ago, when Kim Jong demonstrated how dangerously unstable he is. Didn't get many responses, cause nobody knows where the money goes.

Kim Jong is ONE man...and a decent sized target, who is in the public constantly. So many ways to take him out. Even a look-alike Dennis Rodman can go over there and break Kim's neck. He'd become a martyr who saved millions of lives!

First: the US doesn't spend "trillions" on it's military. It averages about 600 billion.

The US spends about 4 times that amount on SS, Medicare, Unemployment and various other entitlements.

Break down of the US military budget:

US Military Budget Request FY2017

As you can see, the majority of the money is for Operations and Maintenance of what we have.

The next largest amount is actually paying our military members. I remember quite clearly being paid while I was in the Navy.

R&D for all that new fancy tech is actually 4th down the line.

If Kim was building up his Nuclear Arsenal, and threatening your country, you would just sit back and be like "oh well" ? Somehow I doubt that. But hey, if trashing Americans makes you feel better about yourself and your country, go for it. I don't know what country you are from, but it's probably not responsible for the task of protecting places like South Korea, Japan, Guam, SE Asia, like the US is.

If we just paid Trump only a trillion of that to stop puffing out his chest, we would have just defended Guam.

Maybe we should just pay him to shut up.

THAAD and Patriot are deployed to multiple locations, Aegis BMD is on both American and Japanese ships, and the GBIv is as close to operational as it's probably ever going to be.

DoD contractors that put together projects, request billions, then scrap the project. They rinse repeat this often. As well they are mostly all friends so more cronyism there than anywhere. Not to mention the billions that gets siphoned off through hook or by crook.
