So what you're saying is every worker should meet a minimum threshold then. Good enough to get an interview, then good enough to pass the interview.

Why would the quality there have changed? If anything, given the current economic climate there should be more qualified people looking for work since that sector is currently an employers market.

That's not true at all. You're assuming that everyone is rebelling for the same reasons but unless you can prove that somehow then you have to open to the fact that people have different reasons for their actions than others.

So my point still stands and is very valid.

Not a shock,most are holding meaningless jobs created to turn workforce into govt workers,we need to get rid of these tax draining created jobs
