Thats a great idea for a thread. Yes homeland security seems to have completely overlooked the animal kingdom as possible terror threats. These animals carry NO IDENTIFICATION and PAY NO TAXES!!!!

Here is link to a story about a terrorist wild turkey that held a state trooper hostage in his cruiser as it vandalised the the car. Terrifying!

Heh, heh, heh.

i agree turkeys must die!!!!!

does anyone know where the guy shot the Hog? if he got it in the head(which he probably did) then i can see that he would get it down in one, but otherwise a beast like that would'nt even have noticed a bullet, even from a 44. mag.

wild boars arent pigs, i doubt you can domesticate such an aggressive animal, they do attack people if they see them, seriously such a huge boar is a threat that close to farm areas.

Theres a place not far from me called "Liner Valley Dairy" and they have wild boars in a pen.

I don't know if this has been said but, I'm betting those people had a pretty nice pig roast after bagging that Hog.

You know, I pointed that out like weeks ago and you're the only person to comment on the same thing.

I mean, it just stands out and looks silly whatever it is.

Just some random sheet hanging over something in the background.

We have another contender for the title:

www.fieldandstream.com...

"The National Geographic Channel is working on an episode of its "Explorer" series called "Hogzilla," which confirms the existence of a 12-foot-long, 1,000-pound boar sporting 9-inch tusks that was killed and buried last year on a farm near Macon, Ga."

www.keepmedia.com...

More than one? You are not alone if you're interested in this animal.

Yeah, almost as believable as the boar itself, like I'm gonna believe this story!

Anyway, have any of you anime fans out there noticed that it looks like the boar off the start of 'Princess Mononoke', the best anime film ever, I will add!

Here’s some current news about Hogzilla. Seems to me this is all quote possible, as there appears to have been more then one of these things roaming around. Freaky!

“The Mystery of Hogzilla Solved – Dated March 21, 2005
“National Geographic Reveals the Truth Behind the Legendary Beast From Georgia”

“That's when National Geographic stepped in. “
"We decided to do a real "CSI"-style investigation for Explorer," said Nancy Donnelly, a National Geographic producer. "We brought in a pig geneticist, a wildlife ecologist and a pig behavior specialist."
