Will in the morning post pictures of what I have made, basically in pragmatic terms for the average cook or most non -commercial high level cooks. Way too much. Like I said earlier, a true old world art. Like baking, an art in which you need to be an artist n scientist. Plus working with it with on monthly or a weekly schedule.

Now I'm going to tell you the truth, I pooped my pants when I learned how complicated it really was to make charcuterie. No kidding. Blew me away. Imagine the first time you were introduced to it, what exactly did you think?

Personally don't bake, don't process meats, just make healthy diverse food. Works for me. Really did extensively travel the world looking for the bomb to bring home. I have pictures n many more stories. Gotta have a passion in life.

Forget it!

Forget I ever said anything about this. I was so completely wrong, it's unimaginable!

As I wrote this post today my wonderful wife was undergoing an MRI....on her brain.

I was certain it would all be fine.

I was wrong.

For the most part a lurker on this website, some really intelligent people here. Not sure what to make of this entire thing and was my first post in this food section as it appeared on the most recent list. Pretty serious cook. Really am. I expected the same high level as other typical posts and was willing to share. To give you an idea of my food passion, recently took a cooking course in Shanghai China on how to make Dim Sum and Soup Dumplings. No kidding.









If there are some really serious cooks here, I can be serious. Pictures are worth a 1000 words, not explored the food section here and posted on a fluke. If you are a real cook, have talent, post what you make. Can be very accommodating and honestly don't care if you are a beginner or a high end restaurant owner. All the same to me. Wanta talk food?
