And they have demonstrated that they are resistance. It doesn't matter if they work in the white house. This thread is a symptom of a larger sickness. Yes, taking humorous shots at this drivel is fun... the underlying blind devotion that these folks exhibit is actually quite sad.

But... I get it.

No one wants to bet on the wrong horse. Loss can be humiliating. Beyond that, no one wants to see a figure that they have idolized in a negative light.

Bill Cosby is a perfect example. I truly admired "The Cos"... and when the first few allegations about his deviant behavior surfaced... I said "no way... not Bill Cosby"...

The sexual assault charges started adding up. I no longer watch Bill Cosby, and I will not defend him on sites like this...
