This is something I've been wondering since Bush first changed his reason for the Iraq war from WMD's to Iraq's freedom.

Maybe Iran will give the Chechens a nuclear bomb.

Chechnya belongs to Russia, why because Chechns kept robbing Russian carovans so Russia warned them after a long while Chechins didn't heed to our Tzar's warrnings so Russia declared war beet 'em and anexed their land 100% and they ain't gonna get it back EVER! P.S. If Iran did give then a nuke Iran will be burning for a long time with radio activity and Chechens will be completly EXTERMINATED

Chechnya is sovereign Russian territory and an internal incident. We remember the last time what happened when the confederate states seceded from the union don't we? American hypocrisy at its best

Why does Bush only want to spread freedom to oil rich nations? quite interesting i've never even considered it.How about spreading freedom to Saudi Arabia, they're the ones who funded 9/11 and the majority of the terrorists were Saudi? wouldnt that make Saudi Arabia the major sponsor and committer of terror? That Pakistani scientist was supplying nuclear intelligence to saudi arabia werent they? Once Iran gets the bomb, Saudi Arabia will be next and lets see what Bush does about that.

It looks like this about benefitting Israel, not the US.

If this was truly about crushing tyrranical regimes the US would be concentrating on North Korea, who reportedly already have developed nuclear weapons and who actively supply missile technology and expertise to other nations.

Yes Soivet Union won that war militarily but lost politicaly, here's an example 1. Lets say there's bully in school and he tries to make a little kid his friend, but the kid will not be, and after a while the bully beats him and beats him the kid tries to fight back but he looses all the time, then the bully realizes that, he can't make him his friend no matter how much he beats him so the bully just drops him and leaves him alone, thats what happen in Afgahnistan, Soviet Union beat the Afgahans over and over again but no matter what they just would not convert to Socialism so S.U. left, THATS WHAT happend.

Why noy saudi? They have worst human rights in that country. Non muslims can't even go out with their wife without making them to wear "Burkha". May be in riyath you can have this freedom og going out. But other parts of country thats not possible. My friends have personally experienced that. May be US & UK citizens can get away with this but dark skin can't.

Bush & co should try to get freedom in saudi before Iran. but bush will never do that as he got OIL ties with saudi king family.

The U.S. is pressuring the government of Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations to have democratic reform.

But they would never go so far as to invade Saudi Arabia would they? I think Saudi Arabia should be on an axis of evil as well.

I suppose I can understand the needs for protecting around 14.5% of the US oil supply and the house of saud does this favourably for the US. Money and the continuation of the american way of life comes before triumph over tyranny.

You can't compare SA to Iraq because Saddam BROKE HIS PEACE TREATY!

What is so hard to understand about that? He invaded Kuwait. The US and allies kicked his arse. We offered him a peace treaty. He agreed to it. He then broke the conditions of peace.

It's that simple. We thought he had WMDs and this was one of many reasons why we went in. The truth is, had he just let our inspectors do what they wanted, he wouldn't have a problem. But he couldn't let them do that...I wonder why

And about SA - I wouldn't be surprised if at some point the US does have to go in there. The house of Suad is weak, and an uprising in the near/mid term future is likely. It is the very same extremists that support terrorism that would try and take control.

If this were to happen, the US would be in that country in a heartbeat.
