I would say that this is 2017 and the advancements in photography that allow us to view the vast stretches of the cosmos would be able to offer up clear pictures and evidence by now of alien spaceships presenting themselves to earth. So I'm waiting for that clear and profound picture or video rather than these continuing 1950's style vagueries

Those images have nothing to do with China. Here you can see them, posted months before the China UFO event.

They are time exposures of helicopters. The video in the OP is just plain fake.

I dug around and found this old thread: www.abovetopsecret.com...
Explains the OP perfectly!

I saw the video of this. It also appears to be the same object that shutdown a Chinese airport. Reported by China's news outlets. And also similar to one in Australia. Maybe there could be some truth to it...?

Yes the video is there, but there's no point in posting it this time, as it does look hoaxy.
The Chinese video is pretty well taken as a hoax, it is time lapsed pictures, there is no real similarity to the subject here though, which looks more like someone messing with reflected lights.

Oops.

Kinda puts the kibosh on the story being presented, doesn't it?

...and people wonder why UFOlogy is so looked down upon. Look no further for the reason.

Secureteam10 couldn't even be bothered to vet it, they just went with it.

Yup.

But the fanbois and grls will still argue that he's the definitive source for all things UFO'ie. Regardless of the evidence to the contrary.

Wrong. The second photo I posted was inaccurate. The first one IS a picture of the supposed craft over China's airport. Check at the 6 second mark on ABC news video clip linked below. Sorry for the mix up.

So, ABC posted other old images but that one is the correct one?

No. That image first appeared on a Russian website in 2008.

Here it is again in 2009.

Apparently there are no actual images of the 2010 China event. When there are no images of the actual event, the archives are examined.

Like I said, I don't post in the UFO forum. Mostly in the political forums. Sorry I'm not aware of everything like you must be.

Thanks for the information. Just proves you can't rely on network news anymore.
