The Democrats cheated; the Russians exploited that fact. It's not that hard to understand.

Thanks for the thread ...So if they have both codes then it would be possible to un-wrap the cloaking ...Am I understanding that correctly ?

Yes, but right now the Russians want to convince Americans that it was the CIA that was interfering in the United States election, not Russia. Some puppet will be along in a minute to make that claim. Just wait and see.

So we got Trump by some sort of very inside deal that almost everybody but the powerless middle American didn't want?
Wikileaks seems to think so. They claim that it should be possible to link thousands of virus and hack attacks back to the CIA.

And let me know what you guys think.
I think the Russians are getting desperate. They are setting it up so that gullible people will blame the CIA for Russia's espionage.
Why would they even bother? Them CIA & NSA are spying on every country in the world, so Russians can too, right?

Lawyers at EFF, the ACLU, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers released a report today outlining strategies for challenging law enforcement hacking, a technique of secretly and remotely spying on computer users to gather evidence. Federal agents are increasingly using this surveillance technique, and the report will help those targeted by government malware—and importantly their attorneys—fight to keep illegally-obtained evidence out of court.

I'm curious... for the 10 years Wikileaks have been around spilling shed loads of documents, has there been anybody important arrested and locked up, any major great nations governments crumbled.
I did a quick search, but the amount of stuff released by this non profit organisation is huge, it'd take weeks to go through all the press articles to see if anybody has paid the consequences for all these dubious goings on.
Has there been any formal investigation ever going on regarding ANY of Wikileaks' leaks? I would say NO.
