Are you asking about purchase prices or upkeep expenses?

Ohio offers a good range of prices and demographics.
We got a small farm 5 acres, more of a homestead, barn, out buildings coops 4 bed 3 bath 200kish.

Before that we grabbed a 3 bed 1 bath foreclosure for 40k less awesome neighborhood but livable

City living here runs 100 to 300k for nice digs

What I have been paying and what it is worth are two
different things.I still owe too much on it and should
consider putting it on the market.
Buying a fixer-upper wouldn't be bad if you have the skills
to repair and update it.Another option is buying a mobile
home.AND another option is buying some land and putting
your skills to the test.
I recommend looking up the solarhomesteading.I think that's
his site.He shows you how to build a 14'x14' cabin, off grid.

Here is his link...www.simplesolarhomesteading.com...

I live in Windsor, England which is about 20 miles west of London.
I have a 5 bedroom detached house about 2700 square foot, double garage, parking for about 10 cars, a small garden(total approx .25acre) and it's about £1million - crazy! Prices are far too high. Looking to move now for somewhere with more space(5000+ square foot) and more land(for privacy).

right now West Texas has great property prices. In a couple months the boom will be starting up, and it'll get worse from there.

I bought it used for about 1k. It's a 1988 Econoline parked down by the river. Good rubber, runs great, and a cool graphic on the side that reads....

It's a 100 year old three bedroom that needs a new roof the bathroom floor is rotten can't use the shower only bath, the kitchen is rotten but I have some nice vege gardens and some grass for the kids to play on. We also have only one bathroom who needs a bathroom each that's just crazy talk.
